Review 1：The property is lovely and a fab end night to our stay in Thailand, however the massage and spa offering is awful! Especially for the price and that they are in your room. Not relaxing at all and really let the place down.

Review 19：In general the complex and it's villas are well kept. Only aspect that needs a little attention is cleanliness of kitchen area in villa. Cupboards handles and some of their content were grubby. We appreciate that some guests don't take care, but for full marks a quality resort should manage to recover 'leftovers' from those who mistreat facilities.

Review 21：The resort is not right on kamala beach, bit the regular shuttles are very handy and they only need 30 minutes notice so we did not feel it was a problem at all!

Review 22：we have just had an amazing stay at the bell resort! villas are beautifully decorated and very spacious. We travelled with our two young girls, 4 and 5 and it was bliss having breakfast delivered to he villa every morning...no hassle of getting up and ready very quickly. We ate several meals at the resort and all the food was cooked well and delicious...the bbq experience was fab!

Review 23：Frustrating that the bar and restaurant close relatively early (ie, when we arrived late on the first night we weren't able to get food or various drinks although there were some drinks in the kitchen); taxi pick-up was quite slow (we had to wait outside the airport for about 30 minutes); food was very average and breakfast order often came with a lot of errors/overcooked and soggy; found the email exchange back and forth before arriving quite frustrating (ie, they told me they had charged a deposit but actually charged the full price; made errors in the taxi pick up times after I had sent correct details); found it quite frustrating at times calling reception and just hearing giggling on the end of the phone. Also booked our private speed boat through another company as was much cheaper and was fantastic.

Also it is less than seven minutes drive to Phuket Fantasea.

The moment the polite driver sat on his driver'sseat, he offered us two towels to refresh ourselves. Then we wereoffered a drink each. The suv has a lemongrass scent which made ussmile. Excellent service from the start. First impression counts! Whenwe reached the Bell Pool which is about 30 mins from the airport, themain door opened and it was like a different world. The staffs invitedus to the Zhong Lounge for check-in. We were offered a delicious drinkand we even had a sort of flower bracelet put on our wrists. Icouldn't help smiling. I've never been to Thailand prior to thisand so I was surprised by the hospitality. After an effortless check-in,we were escorted to our villa. Our bags were already there and themoment we entered through the villa door, we were in awe. It was agorgeous villa! So private! We felt like 2 children! The butlers broughtus round the villa for a villa tour, explaining things to us. Theyassigned butlers to the rooms.The Pool is huge and very clean and there is a frangipani tree by the pool and when the wind blows, the flowers will drop into the pool. I felt like I'm in a movie! The living area is spacious and they provided lots of channel and an apple tv. There is a small kitchen with a boncafe coffee machine. Honestly, I had doubts about the coffee machine at first but the coffee was really good. The living area is airconditioned and there are sliding doors with netting so that insects cannot come in. There is a bathroom by the side as well which was spacious enough for us.The masterbedroom was wonderful! There's a sensible dressing table and a bigger than king size bed. The bed was so comfy and I had such good sleeps there. The bathroom was huge, with his and hers sinks and I love the shower gels and shampoos they gave.

Review 92：My first day of Phuket as I get into the transfer from the airport I wastold that my villa had some maintenance issue we were then transfer toanother villa it's called the Kiri and we had stayed there for 2days.I Have checked that Kiri is at least charging 20%-30% cheaper thanthe Bell.Upon our arrival at The Bell on the 3rd day we were told thatthe following day all the electricity will be shut off from 9am-4pm sowe have no choice but to get out from the beautiful villa the nextday.My stay with the Bell was only 1.5 days which I paid for 5 days.Thereason we have not jumped on this situation is we had only 5 days wejust don't want to ruined this trip which already has been screwedthanks to The Bell. Till the day when I checked no manager came out toapologies on this situation.My overall experience is all up to you torate this.

Review 94：- we checked in late night only to receive a bad news that the following day from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM there will be no electricity or water (due to planned government maintenance). so what did they do? offer a trip for 20% off !!! i did not reserve this villa for taking trips away from it and if i am forced to take the trip then it should be free. the hotel was not ready for this planned outage by renting generators to operate every thing in the villa. - one night we visited "Phantasea" and the return trip to hotel was by pickup truck!! and we were in the back!! i booked from the hotel that supposed to be a 5 star hotel and i received this kind of cars! - all the trips that we made there are small details that makes the deference, for every trip there are cold towels and bottles of water in the back but for the return trip to airport they removed the bottles of water right in front of us while we are setting inside the car!! it is just a bottle of water but it this is shows the class of service. - the breakfast orders were never as per ordered in my 3 nights stay! the main course and drinks were correct but the other side orders there are mistakes. - the TV channels needs to be more from international known channels. like FOX Movies, Disney or Cartoon Netwoork and from arabic side there are 2 channels for live streaming from mekka which is not a real channels with programs.

Review 95：- nice clean conditioned rooms with excellent design and villa layout. - privacy and far away from crowds and main attractions and from the beach(this could be negative for some but for me it is a plus here). - although for the points highlighted in the negative side. there are staff that are very polite and respectful.

Review 100：We stayed over the period 1 July 12 - 14 July 12, it is during themonsoon season in Thailand and Phuket does not escape this deluge. Thissaid, rain hail or deluge, this resort is exceptional and we found thatswimming in our very private pool while it was raining was like being ina shower, it was extremely romantic and sensual as the pool was warm andso were the rain drops.From the outset the staff of the Bell couldn't do enough for us, we had pre-arranged a pickup via their limo (Toyota Fortuna 4WD) and were greeted with cold water and a running commentary by their driver on the way back to the resort (Fantastic). When we arrived at the resort we were greeted with Thai Lays and cool Tea with Frozen Lemongrass towels that were amazing (we became addicted to them each night before dinner).When the reviews describe the villas as private, they are not kidding, Each unit is surrounded by a high brick fence that also has heavy tropical vegetation within the perimeter. This privacy means that you could be forgiven for forgetting that there are no other guests within the resort and quite frankly if you chose to walk around in your birthday suit, nobody would ever know. Its just that private..period.We left the kids at home and stayed in a 3BR villa, we had access to the main living pavilion and the Master Bedroom which is also in its own section. The middle two rooms were locked out, but we had access to the outside bathroom. One thing that we really loved was the outside deluge shower that has hot and cold water, it made for romantic interludes.The Breakfasts are really great and offer both traditional Thai and western cuisine along with pastries and choices of Waffles and pancakes. You will not go hungry and this is all delivered and brought to your Villa each morning for you to enjoy.

Review 101：Although just 7 kms away, the hotel is not in Patong where phuket lives. So basically you need to find some transportation from Kamala to Patong almost everyday. There is a free shuttle for this but it is twice a day and not that much useful. I recommend you to find one of the non-taxi guys in Patong, do not pay more than 300baht from patong to kamala, and take their number to call to hotel when you need to go to patong (and back).

Review 102：We stayed at Honeymoon private pool villa and it was fantastic. The pool was much larger than I expected and the rooms were very large. Breakfast in villa service was also very nice.

Review 103：We chose this hotel because of the in villa dining which we thought wasgreat idea for us because of the age of our children. I am not sure thein villa dining worked so well in practice as it was a bit more likebeing in self catering as the food was just delivered to you and youwere pretty much left to set your own table and tidy up afterwards.Breakfast was the same in the morning with the dirty dishes being leftfor quite awhile unless you chose to wash up yourself. This was a shamebecause apart from this, the resort was quite luxurious and the privatepool beautiful. (Also a shame though that we had to have engineers tofix our hot water twice and unblock the toilet - at least they camestraight away but it was a little frustrating and intrusive).

Review 107：Be aware with the drivers in the resort. I've paid 1,500 Bahts to pick us from the Airport and no one arrive. Therefore he pretend that he was waiting 3 hours (from 08:00 to 11:00) unless I've provided our flight details one week before and also arrived at 10:00.
