Review 1：It always happens to somebody we had booked a table for 7 pm our menu and waitress arrived at 8pm we had our starter at 9pm being a seasoned traveler sometimes this happens but this was pushing the limit
Review 2：The room was excellent comfortable the bed was the best.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 4：From the initial welcome at Reception to the paying of the bill on departure, all staff we met were friendly and polite, and more than willing to provide further information.
Review 5：The staff were polite enough but they weren't nice. For example when we first checked in we had asked nicely what are some things we could do around the area and the receptionist literally replied "nothing" then pointed in the general direction of the beach (while it was raining out). Then during the duration of our stay never once did any other receptionists greet us as we entered in and out of the hotel. These little things matter.

Review 13：Not quite sure how this hotel is rated at 4 star. There are no added facilities such as pool or spa. There are no room niceties such as tea and coffee facilities, bath robes or slippers. The room was dark likewise the breakfast room - at one end. We ate at the restaurant as the hotel is nowhere near the town or any other restaurant. We paid top dollar prices for cafe standard burgers and a chicken skewer. Absolutely over priced. In fact everything was expensive or an extra. We even had to pay 2Euro for a paper map of the island? Also the reception was staffed what seemed like on a part time basis - a telephone sat on the counter for you to ring. 4 star hotel? As expensive as one but that is the only similarity.

Review 18：The information about hotel services was Dutch only in our room — this is the most important disadvantage. There were also little ones in our room: no hairdryer, TV remote didn't work, shower gel dispenser was inconvenient, bed linen were not that new and superclean.
Review 19：Warm room with appropriate sound and light isolation. Bicycle parking is also available for electric ones. Spacious cozy restaurant (but too expensive on Christmas), good breakfast (even with frizzante). Dutch PIN cards are accepted. Hot drinkable water is available on request.

The stuff was very young and it seemed to us, that the whole stuff had no director, who lead the hotel…. In the hotel room there was no atmosphere, there was a lot of space what spread a lost atmosphere. The room was not clean. the carpet seemed to be cleaned nearly…. we booked a room with balcony and got one, but the surrounding of the hotel is not so pretty, so that the balcony was not important...the food in the restaurant was not good. too salty and it had no good taste...

Review 95：Had to move rooms because bath plug wasn't working we were transferred to a room which hadn't been cleaned there was a dirty towel and empty coke and water bottles, we were made to feel as if we were being a nuisance when we mentioned this. the hotel has only just been reopened so hopefully problems like this will be resolved. The cooked breakfast was cold as were the plates. We still had a good stay in the Netherlands.
