Review 1：Bathroom is not clean, with bad smelling,crawling insects. please deal with this issue and it will be a good hotel.

Review 3：Really spacious apartment. Clean, very comfortable beds and a nice view. Kitchen fully equipped. Only 10 min. to the airport. We checked in very late and the staff was super friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Review 4：No internet- cant be connected despite the assustance from the staff, Toilet has no water in the bowl... No towel if i did not call, shampoo and body gel for inly 1 person, no lotion, tv cant be opened...

Review 6：The location of the hotel is ok if you are just passing through Muscat. However, if you are planning to do some sight seeing then the hotel is about a 40min - 1 hour's drive from the main tourist attractions ( pls note traffic is busy and roads are confusing).

Review 7：Beds were big and comfortable and there were some great restaurants nearby. We loved the seafood restaurant a few mins walk from the apartment.

Review 12：They charged me more than the value mentioned here in booking and staff took directly without telling me the total amount with tax.Once I asked the receptionist , he replied this is the amount with the tax, it was even higher. So please be careful once you deal with this hotel . The wifi was so poor , I got crazy . Just imagine that I have to sit near the main door of the apartment to get signal.

Review 44：The only washing machines are located in the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, not the studio rooms. The location is a bit far away from anything, especially the airport. You really need a car or be prepared to taxi your way around.

Review 45：Wifi is available throughout the hotel and is fast. There's a great Turkish kebab place down the road and two restaurants located in the same building that are reasonably priced (Iranian and Pakistan cuisine). Limited free parking. Large rooms.
