Review 1：This was my 2nd stay here and it was just as good as the first. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and do the price you pay its well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 2：The room wasn't cleaned particularly well the floor and the bathroom weren't cleaned and there were stray hairs not belonging to us all over. The all inclusive was ok for the price but the "local drinks" I suspect were watered down and brand name mixers wouldn't go amiss

Review 3：All the staff were very polite and friendly and the complimentary buses to two local towns were a definite bonus. The food was well presented and plentiful although a little repetitive. The weather wasn't great so didn't get to use the pool.

Review 4：Wi fi only in reception. Pool area would have been great too. When you ran the taps in the bathroom sink a terrible stench of drains came up and overpowered the room.

Review 6：No towel reservation of sun beds which meant you could get a sun bed when you wanted to use it. Minibus into Quarteira and Vilamoura FOC. Walking distance from Quarteira to hotel was reasonable as love walking and did enjoy casual walk back one evening. Some good restaurants in a good walking distance, and easily reached Vilamoura Marina and Quarteira for evening meal. Taxi back very reasonable. The location of hotel meant we had the best of all worlds, and didn't get bored.

Review 8：We did not stay in the main building of the hotel, looked like of the end of 70', but in a detached house, with many less rooms, and a private swimming pool.

Review 9：The WIFI was only available in common areas. If you are planning to spend the day at the pool, it is a good location; otherwise, you will be driving: not much to do close by. Bring a good GPS.

Review 10：The air-conditioned room was large with balcony. Nice pool. Very good parking. The families with children seemed to be enjoying themselves at the pool and play area. We used it as a base for exploring the Algarve. Nice fridge. Grocery store nearby. Van service to beach.

Review 32：They offered a shuttle service to nearby towns but the times were not often enough for the distance involved. So, ended up paying for taxis on most evenings. Average more than €7.00. The road between the hotel and town (Quarteria) was in poor shape to walk that distance. The room service was fine but it was times were too variable

Some restaurants around hotel but not many if you want to eat out. Evening meal in hotel not great to be honest - ate their twice. Not enough sun loungers and did not stick to the "no booking sun loungers" policy as there was a group of people there who booked 90% of sun loungers each day but hardly was on them - very selfish and maybe staff should have addressed it.

Review 45：The fact that all sun loungers Were taken by seven in the morning leaving most people to sit on the restuarant chairs. It clearly states that towels shouldn't be left on the beds but a group that were staying just ignored it. No management enforcing the rule. Also we had leaking pipes in the bathroom area which stank. Food in the evening was very poor value, everything being counted on to your plate and staff over keen to clear tables. No a nice stay, glad it was only for a night

Where as in other ,, u can all inclusive for free.. 3.20€ for a strawberry milkshake , from carton ,, layered with red sirrup,, I left it in table... Absolutely irritates to say the least..

Everything like it was advertised - kettle, ironing board, fridge, cleaning every day,good breakfast, nice swimming pool , loungers..very quiet place.. shuttle bus goes 4 times a day, but we didn't use it a lot, because usually we needed go to city in other times.. If you are passionate walkers then there will be no problem to walk till beach or Lidl shop , some restaurants etc, otherwise take all included and stay at the hotel and don't do anything for a great holidays, that's what we are planning to do when we will come next time... Review 97：I like being away from the bustle of the town and in a rustic setting that is somewhat quiet. It is my favorite place to get away and relax.

Review 98：Very very rural location. Roads very busy and unsafe to walk on with young children. No shops nearby. Lidl up the road but footpaths not great. Advertised as having a kids play area with climbing frame but no kids area- evidence where it had been but just small sandy area in its place.

Review 100：The staff is nice and the hotel is clean and comfortable.The hotel is not the Ritz but we paid EUR 20 per night for 2 people so the value for money is excellent.We booked this hotel mainly for the location as it is very close to the house of my boyfriends family who live in Quarteira, but for people who want to be in walking distance to the beach or the town center this hotel might not be the right choice but there is a free shuttle from the hotel to town that runs a couple of times a day.I would definitely come back to stay here.

Review 107：The location, it is about a 15 minute drive from anywhere and taxi's from Vilamoura can be very difficult to obtain! We waited over 2 hours one evening for a taxi to pick us up from the hotel. It is very very boring in the hotel in the evenings. If we were going back we would definitely stay in the town of Vilamoura or Quarteira. Breakfast was only ok, we had it included in our rate but only had breakfast one morning as it was not worth going back for. We had a ground floor room and at 11pm the sprinklers came on meaning it was not possible to sit out after this time.

Hotel Pinhal de Sol is a fine hotel and very suitable for familiae. The value for money was excellent, we hot the twin room plus breakfast for 14.50 euros. but overall a very reasonable and very well priced stay for myself and my son.
