Review 2：The sample room it shows in photo is not the room they give you,bathroom is small, room is very small, then there are things clearlymissing such as seats, I found woman's hair in my refrigerator, socleanliness is not good. Poor standard of breakfast. There are betterhotel apartments in this area for cheaper price, too much. This place istoo much expensive for 22OMR/night

Review 3：We stayed there twice and the first 2 nights the bathroom was really small. A bit of noise coming from the planes but with earplugs, it's fine.

Review 4：Ideal location if you want to be close to the airport. Otherwise, a bit far away from the city center. Amenities in the room. Confortable beds.

Review 5：Shower was poorly designed. Water leaking from shower to bathroom floor. Stains on headboard of bed. TV remote was not user friendly and the driver who picked me up from the airport did not carry my luggage or put in car for me.

Review 7：On the first night there was no water in the room and the bed felt damp in some way. The second night was much better in both respects. The tea and coffee wasn't properly restocked in either room.

Review 8：It's good if you're just after somewhere close to the airport and aren't fussy. I could leave my car there for a few days without worrying about finding a park at the airport. The food at the restaurant was ok. The hotel is old but the rooms were clean. All the staff I dealt with were really nice and friendly. Being close to the airport I wasn't surprised about the noise from passing aircraft. The hotel taxi charges 6 OMR to the airport but on my return I was charged 8 by an airport taxi. Can easily be found using the Waze gps app. It's definitely not a place to stay if you are a tourist wanting to look around Muscat.

Review 9：Hard to find location. Sometimes hard to find public transportation. Much better if you have a private car. Wifi is poor connection.

Review 11：The only thing that I do not like is the fact that Muscat airport has opened a new runway. This has caused the planes to fly over Mahwaleh which is a great disturbance at night. I struggled to sleep.

Review 14：Considering the amount of money we paid for this hotel, it felt like we had a great deal. Modesty aside ,we've stayed to some 4-5 star hotels in Oman and other places but Oman Palm hotel suites could give these hotels a run for their money. Superb staffs especially the Filipino staffs and even the non- Filipino staffs like the receptionist and Sadiq.. Very accommodating, friendly and warm. Facilities are great and almost complete. I was glad that it had a hairdryer which came in handy when I needed to dry my clothes ASAP for a next day trip. The bed was comfortable. Minimal noise that even a light sleeper like me had a good night sleep. There are several stores nearby and city center seeb mall is less than 4km away. Moreover, they have a 24hrs shuttle to anywhere in muscat ( for a reasonable fee) should you need a vehicle like us in an ungodly hour. I will definitely go back to this hotel and will surely recommend it to those who are budget conscious but unwilling to compromise their comfort. ( especially if they will continue to have these amazing staffs) You will surely get your money's worth. EVERY SINGLE CENT of it! Thank you OPHS from Chico Family.

Review 15：If you're a light sleeper don't chose this one. airplanes hover over your room all night long. they will not clean the room unless you ask for it. although they did it immediately when i asked.

Review 24：Beds requested are king bed however when stayed the beds they have provided are two adjoining twin beds making it into king bed. when sleeping it is so uncomfortable as beds are separating in the middle position. They also need to change some of the bathroom doors as it does not close anymore.

Review 54：My husband and I travelled to Muscat for the first time. The hotel was ten minutes away from Seeb Airport which was very convenient, however, a little disappointed in Muscat as not much to see. Wherever you go you need to hire a taxi and it is extremely cost effective. Cheapest way of travelling would be sharing a taxi or a localised bus service. This bus service is pick up and go type which can cost you 100 baisha?? As we were tourists, they charge you more, which wasn't acceptable!! Carry small change around with you. It's not a place where you can walk to the shops, everywhere you go, you need to either hire a taxi or bus service, or hire a car, left hand drive. Omani people are wonderful, beautiful place if you like to read a book nearby the beach and do nothing, unfortunately, I like to move around so for me, it was okay, I loved the mountains surrounding you. It is an up and coming area!! You couldn't fault the weather, amazing!! Oman Palm Hotel Suites was mediocre. Between 1:00pm-5:00pm everyday, the shops shut, so you couldn't do much except stay in your hotel. The staff were amazing, very hospitable, polite and kind. Reservation manager was fantastic, 10/10 for his contribution, brilliant smile, warm and a genuine person - Saqib, well done YOU!!

Review 74：This hotel is deceptive in its representation of itself on booking.com. My suite was very dirty, especially the kitchen. Cutlery and crockery had not been washed properly and had been put back in the drawers and cupboards with dry food still stuck to them. The same cupboards had cockroach droppings in them. The refridgerator was filthy, with black mould in the door linings and in the interior trays. In short the kitchen was a no go area. The living room area was not much better. Its walls had large streaks like spilled coffee over them. The window faced a dirty wall a metre or so opposite, so there was no view. The safety deposit box did not work. The room service food was inedible. I could go on. This is by far the worst hotel of the hundreds I have stayed in, in the Middle East. Avoid it at all costs.

Review 89：The room overlooked a neighbourhood square and as our first night was before Eid day it was noisy till late, then sewage tankers pumping out the adjacent buildings also chimed in and poorly fitted windows did nothing to stop the racket from outside. Hence the first night was pretty bad. Second night was the total opposite so it seems it's probably mostly okay on normal dates. 5 foot tall Filipina housemaid evidently could not clean anything above eye level so be careful to wipe out the wardrobe shelves before putting in your clothes.

Review 90：The rooms are well appointed albeit a tad tired as is fair for the price. Toiletries surprisingly ample and varied. Fruit bowl on arrival. We were three (self, wife and one friend), had booked two rooms but were given a two bedroom suite on arrival, which turned out to be excellent, with a separate large kitchen and lounge. Breakfast buffet was very pleasant, not extravagant, just more than adequate. Staff were cheerful.
