Review 1：Fernando was an excellent host, full of information, interesting stories and excellent breakfasts. Nothing was too much for him. He made us feel very welcome.

Review 2：Fernando is a very polite helpful host with a great interest in the arts . He was there at all times to answer any questions re travel arrangements . The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The green room we stayed in is small but has the advantage of a balcony although this is shared with the owners kitchen. The other rooms are bigger but do not have their own balcony. Breakfast is a cold one variety of cheeses jams and breads from all over Portugal. You are seated with the other guests and we enjoyed the interaction.

Review 3：Be careful of 'dog dung' on the street (near the guest house). Strolling along the street is like passing through a minefield.

Review 11：We recently stayed 5 days at Dolce Vita and we highly recommend it. The host Fernando is very kind and helpful with lots of advice on where to visit, shop and eat. The guesthouse is in a lovely condominium with its own pool in beautiful gardens. It’s also only a few minutes walk to the beach. We stayed in two different rooms and they were both spacious, immaculately clean and had their own large bathrooms. The guesthouse has a large living room with comfy sofas and a large balcony where Fernando and his team serve breakfast. The view from the balcony is wonderful with a panoramic view of the bays of Estoril, Cascais and out to sea. Fernando really makes you feel at home with a lot of personal attention which makes the stay very different from an impersonal hotel. All facilities were of a very high standard. We will definitely return when we next visit this area.

As a solo female traveller it was lovely to be made to feel so at home! The area has a very friendly local vibe and is less touristy than neighbouring Cascais.

Review 13：A beautiful place. Very clean, wonderful style and great comfort. A very nice and helpful host. Breakfast was lovely too. I would recommend the place to everyone. If you do not have a car, it is a bit of a walk (10-15 Minutes) to the beach or train station. However, thank you for everything. I am happy to come again.

Review 14：We had a wonderful stay at Dolce Vita. The rooms are beautiful and Fernando is the perfect host. He gave us tips on where to visit, gave advice on the best restaurants/cafes and organised taxis for us. Breakfast on the balcony with locally-sourced produce is a real treat. We love swimming and the pool was large enough for a "proper swim" and it was quiet with plenty of sun loungers.. unlike hotel pools, which are a nightmare at the height of summer. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day

Review 16：We stayed at Dolce Vita guest house for three nights. We met Fernando downstairs in front of the elevator and felt welcomed straight away. He is a warm, polite and caring host who was interested in our well-being and ourselves and was open himself. The bed was the best we've ever slept in and the rooms were decorated with love and Fernando had a story for each and every item, which were fantastic to hear. He served a wonderful breakfast which was not very extensive compared to most buffets in hotels but various nevertheless, well selected with high quality and very personal because of his information where the food was from and how it was made. He does not only operate a professional but at the same time personal guesthouse, he also gave us information on Lisboa and its surroundings as well as on our further trip up north to Porto. Fernando himself makes the stay at Dolce Vita Guesthouse special since he is a perfect host and a wonderful person. Next time we'll visit Portugal we will definitely have another stay at Dolce Vita guest house.

We really felt that we had an insight into Portugal that we wouldn't have got staying in a larger hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the balcony were delightful.

Review 20：We liked very much the rust and quiet /calm surroundings. When the window is open at night you can feel and smell the cool and fresh see wind. The bathroom is very beautiful and everything is clean. We had breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning sun. You can sit in the shadow or in the sun if you like to. Fernando is a real gentleman who endeavors to do everything to make you feel at home in his guesthouse. If you like something just ask him, don't hesitate and he will arrange it and do all his best to please you. Fernando is a fabulous man and he likes to please you in a awesome way. He also releases your stress by slowing down. You will notice it from the start. Take the time and you will enjoy.it. Within 5 min walk you are at the boulevard and beach. From his balcony you have already a beautiful view at the sea. We had very lovely contact with him and we enjoyed to have all kind of encounters with him. He is generous and has plenty of time for sharing and contact also if you have any recommends about the environment. You can choose a yellow, green or pink room, maybe a little more expensive but when you try the beds they are wonderful. It's really a friendly guest house and not a hotel. When you stay at the Dolce Vita you will know why it is names this way. It looks like a commercial talk but it's directly from the heart and it's my heart I trust. Review 26：I had the pleasure of staying at Dolce Vita in August this year. The accommodation is of a high standard, is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is again, very clean and the whole place is very peaceful. The south facing balcony is lovely to sit on in the morning for breakfast and also in evenings and it is only 5 mins walk to the nearest beach or esplanade. Breakfast is delicious and varies introducing treats from across the country. I cannot recommend Dolce Vita highly enough.
