Review 1：Not a good chef in the cafeteria but, La Espadana is just a block away!

Review 2：It is very near to my favorite TJ restaurant, and very easy to get to the airport on time. Easy to come back home through the San Ysidro Border, despite the long waiting lines.

Review 3：I booked my reservations through booking.com, and it was never placed in the actual reservations at the hotel. The hotel failed to print out the order and book me, I had to spend an extra 30 minutes explaining my situation

Review 5：I woke up with a couple of vicious bug bites. I guess they were mosquito bites,but they were particularly nasty ones. Other than that, the place was fine.

Review 15：Always noisy because of renovations and they aren't afraid to start very early. If you stay out late be prepared to feel lousy the next day because there is NO WAY you can sleep past 7 AM

But the room was clean the staff was very friendly . this hotel is a family friendly hotel close to a everything the pool is not big but its not a big deal . you get your money worth. there is 24 hour security checking on the cars.

Review 22：While the remodeling of the room was acceptable, the design was terrible. The room had absolutely no drawers in it, the safe did not work, the wi-fi did not work and the there was no place to hang the towel or put the soap in the shower.

Review 23：The staff was generally okay, but the night manager was extremely rude and would not allow my friend to my room, claiming that visiting hours were only until 10:00.

Review 24：When we arrived they told us we had one person to many for the room we had book manager explain we had to upgrade explain how much it would be when they charged my card i ask why so much they said it was because the charges he had just explain to me were for one night only i ended up three times what i had originally booked online.the next morning when we wanted to get breakfast as it said it was included when i booked, they said due to the upgraded room i had to book, breakfast was no longer included.staff was rude and just wanted to take advantage of tourists.

Review 87：Everything is good the only need more conford in the pillows omg so terribles and the one bed is no clean good I'm go this hotel for myb 18 years two times a year and is the same blankets myb I'm no go next time

Review 88：The floor of our room on the second floor, which is obviously the ceiling of the lower room was plunged, indicating a structural problem in the floor slab. I think the hotel owners should review this situation to avoid a probable collapse of the slab.

Review 98：It looked more like american roadside motel with parking space in front of the rooms (could be very noisy). Do not even bother to try their "continental" breakfast it is almost insulting, you get two slices of toasted bread with micro thin spread of butter, and when you ask for another slice of toast they will charge you for it, there was not even a glass of juice beside, only few very thin slices of fruit, and cup of coffee. We did not even bother next morning to repeat that experience - there is plenty good and cheap tacos places around. TV channels only in Spanish. No frig or mini bar in the room but big ice machine around the corner.

I did not like the shuttle service because most of the time the hotel tries to make stuff up that they are busy in trying to save money.
