Review 1：Pity there is no wifi in the rooms. At certain times there is very little room to sit down in the bar area.

Review 2：This was our second stay there. Friendly staff. Good location. Reasonable prices.

Review 3：Staff at reception very helpful and professional, but bar and restaurant staff couldn't be worse - bad attitude towards guests and work they do. In general we did enjoy our stay, but thats only because we eat out all the time and had drinks from other places, as hotel bar had very limited selection of better quality drinks,only those cheap ones for all inclusive guests.

Review 4：The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbours. Fortunately the particularly noisy guest moved rooms after 2 days.

Review 5：Budget hotel but our buffet style breakfast was good and plentiful. We choose to eat in 2 evenings for €10 each which included 3 courses and a drink. Main course choices included meat, fish and pasta choices. Cheerful, helpful staff.

Review 6：the hotel was in a very good position close to the beach, we stayed on B/B basis, the breakfast was fine ,choice of cereal ,bread rolls toast ,and for the hot food it was eggs, hot dog sausages ,mushrooms ,etc. only thing I could fault was they kept running out of cups and tea spoons ,and the crockery could do with been replaced as well worn ,we found the staff helpful and polite ,I would go back there again no problem and was a great price.

Review 9：Better than the reviews I read but would not recommend to others as they would have high expectations. Food was adequate and a good use was made of left overs. My bed and bathroom were clean. The public areas are tired and would need a make over. Staff were courteous at all times. I had full board and will not complain as the price was excellent and that has to be taken into consideration. It rained for a few days of my stay. I was able to sit in the reception area and also the bar area .i had full use of wi fi. I can not think of anywhere in any town that I would have had so much for the price and that includes a cheap B/B. It had adequate facilities. The location was the key factor for me. The bus station is nearby and There are many coffee shops,cafe nearby . Quarteria is a very quiet beach resort with an excellent prom. A taxi ride to Villamoura but you can walk it during the day.

Review 10：breakfast eggs more eggs day in day out one small bar and kept running out of A/L DRINKS so you had to pay for what you wanted and closed ten pm on the dot it was like it was closing for end of season but no ? IT IS OPEN all year round

Review 18：The facility is a nightmare and an insult for any guest. The building ispoorly cleaned, the food is terrible, the rooms look like the are from1990. The building has no charm whatsoever. It should not be given 3stars as it does not meet the official criteria of a 3 star hotel - evenfor Portuguese standards. We told this to the Manager so luckily we wereable to cancel our booking after 2 days. This hotel almost ruined ourholiday. We were told by staff that it has not been modernized for thelast 20 years, still the owners use it to charge high prices and filltheir pockets with money during the main season. Shame on you! Also,shame on you booking.com for listing this hotel as a 3 star facility!

Only 1 plug in the room near the door but not near a mirror.

Climatisation faisant le bruit d'un mini diesel. Le simple vitrage qui permet d'entendre toutes les conversations venant de la terrasse du restaurant située juste en dessous. Review 54：If you have problem with sleep as me, it is not a hotel for you as you can hear every single noise from another rooms.in my first night after get in the hotel tired and wishing to have a nice sleep to enjoy the day after, I awoke at 4am by 2 drunk ladies that argued for 20min.For me it was the only problem, everything else was ok.

Review 90：- the hotel is old and smelly it's long overdue for a renovation - the breakfast was horrible: the cheapest food possible and every day the same thing (little to no variation) - even though it's close to the beach none of the room have a see view, except maybe the one on the top floor - the elevators are small and crampy; not a plesent sensation using them - 6 tv channels and only one in english (bbc)

Review 100：Three years ago, the hotel was better. He was very spoiled. Since the arrival of the problems began: could not find our reservation (been looking for), and then told no rooms (offered a single room for two). We were against it, and we were given a room with a broken door in the bathroom. My indignation, we were offered a free dinner. At dinner drinks are paid, but since we have not paid all inclusive, we were the waiters did not fit and ignored. We noticed that the service only all inclusive. The room we were promised change in a couple of days. And have not found a free room for 9 days. Service - poor.
