Review 1：The breakfast was not great.. but it was ok. There was no where to exchange money. if you are coming here you should exchange money in banks because the local exchange offices often have unfair exchange rates.
Review 2：The hotel was close to the slopes- a few minutes walking, it was clean and the heating was great. the room was warm all the time. There was a shop and restaurants nearby.
Review 3：There are no ovens in the apartments, which is good to know if you plan to cook there. There might be problems with the parking places during the high season. Most of the rooms are very well heated (however, ours wasn't for some reason).
Review 4：Walking distance to the ski areas. All kind of appliances - a toaster, a coffee machine, a fridge, a TV and DVD player. The breakfast was nice.
Review 5：The kitchen has different items in different rooms for 4 people. I don t understand why. The cleaning lady didn't change the towels often. Once she only took the dirty ones and didn t replace them with clean ones. She did not clean the the room she only made the bed and she only put the items in order.
Review 6：It was a great hotel in a nice location. We liked it very much . The apartment was nice and big with a nice kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The view is beautiful from the 8 floor .
Review 7：First, this is not 3 stars location. It may be Bulgarian 3 stars, but definitely international 2 stars. It is compose of two building and consist of studios and apartments owned by private persons which are rented when now used by the owners. Initially we have got a studio which was cold (usually the heating is switched off during the day) and stinky (I’m not sure what was the reason but there was some strong smell). Our request to be moved to other room was rejected –“because everything is booked”. At around 23h the electricity in the studio stopped and we complained to reception. Luckily at reception was another person who try to find the issue and after some unsuccessful attempts he offer us another studio in the other building. The new studio was warmer and not stinky but was missing refrigerator. A friends of ours were staying in “one bedroom apartments” – which as we understood has been designed better buy the owners and was good. As it appears most of the studios/apartments are design with the basic un-quality standard furniture so they are not cozy. Advise: try to request the “higher” standard apartments. The breakfast is in the bomb-room location in the second room and kind of smell. The people working at the breakfast are ok but the quality of the breakfast is not good – so do not expect much.
Review 8：There was no wi-fi in room. Far from slopes (you have to walk hill !) Breakfast was very poor, there is only one machine for hot water, rarely given black tea sachets. waiting area near reception closed after 22:00

Review 10：Big problem with hot water. We were at seventh floor and in order to have hot water, we had to leave water running for 20 minutes!!! Also the wifi does not work well. The router in our building had no internet access so we had internet only at the balcony from the other building. At last but not least, the breakfast was poor and low quality. There was only one option for coffe for example.
Review 11：Location is one of the best right in front of ski tracks. This aplies only if there is enough snow, so that the track in front of the hotel is operating.
Review 12：There were just a few hiccups - the bathroom would get very wet because of the shower curtain. The wifi in the room kept disconnecting and the most of the time we couldn't use it. The central heating was not yet turned on, but they had provided us with a small heater that did the job just fine. And although we had no problems parking in front of the hotel, I am unsure whether if there were more people staying, there'd be enough parking spaces available.
Review 13：We stayed just before the opening of the season, so Pamporovo was completely empty, including the hotel itself, which was very nice, as we had a very quiet and relaxing stay. The hotel is amazing in value for money terms. We stayed at a excellently furbished studio, that had everything one might need, even if nothing is open at the resort. The bed was comfortable, the views were great - we could see the main ski slopes from our bed. The studio was clean and well lit. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and very accommodating. We missed breakfast the first morning, yet they especially prepared it to us and let us have it at no extra charge. The facilites across the hotel were still not open as it was off-season, but they not only opened the spa for us, but let us stay late at night, off working hours. The road to the hotel was just completely renovated (which is also the main road to Smolyan), which makes exploring the Rhodopes even easier.
Review 14：Pleasant staff, good breakfast. We arrived late at night and departed the next morning so can't comment on the area, ( which looked very nice as we left) but parked out front with the bike and there's a lift up to the rooms, essential for lugging bike kit. We ate in the restaurant a few doors down from the hotel down some steps they were really accommodating as we turned up late and the food was good. Also at night it was very quiet so we got a good nights sleep.
Review 15：Sofa bed very uncomfortable, feels like stone waves. In fact, imposible for an adult to sleep in, matresses need to be replaces. Parking on site, but the street is very narrow. Breakfast is served right across the street, in a similar building, in some sort of a basment. No fresh air, only kitchen smell. Kind of poor , few options breakfast. Staff speaks only bulgarian, but full of good will. WIFI strong, but only in public areas.

Review 37：We booked studio with double bed, but we were accommodated in studio with two separate beds. They explained to us that all studios with double beds were occupied. Central heating was out of order and we were given electrical heater. However it wasn't powerful enough, so it never got hot in our room. It was not cold, but it was not warm as well. Breakfast was very basic, it lacked quality and variety at all. In fact, it was just the minimum of food and drinks needed in order the hotel to declare that they provide breakfast. Парното в нашето крило на хотела не работеше и ни дадоха електрическа печка, но с нея едвам се стопляше стаята. Не беше студено, но не беше и топло. Закуската е доста посредствена. Качеството и разнообразието на храната са подбрани точно, колкото да отбият номера, че предлагат и закуска.
Review 38：Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to the lowest piste in Pamporovo, so it's almost a ski-in-ski-out hotel. But keep in mind that you need above average skiing skills and some enthusiasm to use that piste, because Pamporovo skiing company provides almost no maintenance to that slope (as well as to half of the ski pistes in the resort). Леглата бяха много удобни. Хотелът е съвсем близо до най-долната ски писта, така че може човек да се прибере със ските до хотела и на другия ден да се спусне до лифта. За това обаче се изискват доста усилия и скиорски умения, защото в Пампорово тази (и не само тази) писта не я поддържат.
Review 39：We've booked a 3 night stay in this apart-hotel due to the high ratings on booking.com and the good reviews here. The location was just perfect for us - a group of 6, 5 of us skiing and we were just 5 minutes away from the Ski lift Studenetz.When we arrived, our 1-bedroom apartment had the bathroom door broken. We've reported that immediately, but it took a day to get it fixed. The SPA is nothing more than a sauna and a steam bath, which would have been OK, but you need to book it in advance and they give you 30 minutes in it. We were a group of 6 people with 2 apartments and that was ridiculous. It was not mentioned at all during our booking. The central heating was not working in the room, and there was a small heating unit provided - that was OK. The lady at the reception was horrible - 12-15 min waiting time until we could ask her a question. We've booked the SPA for the last day of our stay for 09:30, we rushed into breakfast, changed clothes and finally we got in at 09:30 only to find out that the SPA facilities were not turned on. The working time was supposed to be 09:00 - 21:00, but the lady at the reception started to quarrel at us that the SPA wasn't clean, and we had to wait. Even though we passed through her 2 times on our way to breakfast she didn't find it necessary to mention that. The breakfast itself is quite basic, in a small basement room with no windows. You have to book your breakfast in advance for a specific hour, due to the small size of the room and the big queues that turn up. This was not mentioned during our booking as well. On the second day of our stay, we came back at 16:00 from the slopes just to find out that nobody cleaned it in our absence. All of our towels were on the floors, but noone changed them. We lost about 1 hour average per day just to deal with reception and finally the hotel manager, who gave us a discount for all the mess they've caused and the poor service by the reception and housekeeping.

Review 41：As our visit was out of season (in November), the hotel was still not heated well enought. The room itself was a bit cold for a small kid but it was even worse with the bathroom and the breakfast room - both of them were totally freezing. There was only breakfast and there was no place were we could order lunch or dinner, which was a huge problem with a small kid. The breakfast was a bit poor, with preliminary set menue for everybody due to the small number of hotel guests.

She made everything she could to make our stay perfect incl. reservations for restaurants, arranging transport, providing additional heater for the room... When I was in the middle of my sentence asking for something, she was finishing my though explaining me how she will make sure we have it delivered ASAP. Krasi speaks English, Russian and Greek. Review 99：There are two buildings of Evridika Hills Apartments. At first we were given an apartment at the building above the reception. The room there was not the same i booked on the booking (there was not seating area) and the main problem was that there was not warm water for shower 24 hours. I thing that many rooms was under maintenance.
Review 100：Our apartment was large and spacious. We have booked a studio and we were given an one room apartment. It was fully equipped.There was a fireplace but we don't used it. The weather was warm enough (end of June). Every morning we enjoyed the coffee at the balcony watching the wonderful views.Breakfast was not a buffet but tasty and enough. The hotel is easy to find. There is on the main street of Pamporovo. I recommend this hotel. Some issues was minor and solved easily.
Review 101：A very short list: - it should be better advertised, because the first indicator we saw was about Evridika, and not Evridila Hills, so we had some emotions. - our room needed a dish dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror... - the season was finished when we stayed and only few rooms were occupied, so the central heating was not working. At night was quit cold outside, so it was also a little cold inside. If the staff wouldn't provide us with two portable heaters, we would had some problems. Anyway, all the above are minor issues, and none of them was able to diminish our pleasure.
Review 102：Everything! My wife and I enjoyed all the moments that we spent in this apart-hotel. It is nice and cozy, the room was friendly, welcoming, very spacious and with lot of natural light entering through its many windows. The furniture was very well choose, and we found almost every thing we needed. Definitely, on our next trip to the Rodopian Mountains we will choose Evridika Hills again.
