Review 1：I did not like their policy of not bringing food nor drinks from outside, specially on a Xmas eve when every restaurant,... is closed.

Review 2：I was back in Tijuana for a short visit and since I have lived around this area before, it was very good located for my needs. It is a nice hotel and the stuff is very friendly. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

Review 3：Uncomfortable . Rooms are wier designed. Towels are very old. Parking facilities the worst. Independent company that are taking advantage of clients. Lost parking tickets $20.00 (they don't try to cooperate.) Really bad experience. Never going to combak....

Review 4：Hotel looks old. Even though we got a remodeled room, it had a lot of areas of opportunity (old (reused) switches, bad painting, cheap shower, noisy doors) People is not friendly, I'm not saying they are rude but no customer service attitude and/or gesturing.

Review 8：Dirty, bugs I the tub, used condoms from people who used the room beforeus left in the bed. No cleanses whatsoever. Horrible staff andtreatment, awful moldy smell. Not worth what you pay for!!

Review 10：Parking is not free. Hotel is undergoing remodeling construction and pool was not available and that was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. I did not get the room I reserved. I had to wait about 45 mins for them to find my reservation or if I didn't want to wait I had to pay almost $50.00 more for the same room, so I waited.

Review 28：I stayed in a regular room the night before my surgery and it was a total S*** hole.Dirty, old and smelly. The front desk service was deplorable. I had to stand there for long waits after my surgery (only 3 times) waiting for someone who spoke English to help me. At least two of four elevators were broken at all times. I understand from other guests some floors have been remodeled.

Review 29：Very modern, clean, updated room with room service daily. The hospital bed was a huge plus and I did not realize how much I would need it. This floor has its own concierge. It is like a total oasis within this hotel. Cannot say enough about this. I was alone and this was perfect for my one week recovery. I would stay in the recovery suite again.

Review 39：the hotel was kept clean , staff were polite and security all over the hotel made me feel save. The complementary morning breakfast was good( fruit,yogurt,granola,coffee, and pastries( pan dulce). also for all hotel guest from 6pm till 9pm on the 32th floor free beer and wine...

Review 40：I didn't like anything since we checking ( I booking thru internet me,wife and my 3 daughters so went I checking they charge me 17dlrs extra for one of my daughters and if need towels for the pool they charge another $20dlrs and also super noise all night I call to security and he never came,and rhe housekeeping lady she clean our about 6:00pm

Review 46：They made you feel special. I went with the executive room which gave me access to free appetizers at night and breakfast in the morning on the 32nd floor. My safe didn't work at first, I had immediate service,maintenance guy, 2 men in suits came in with an electronic gadget and fixed it and the maintenance guy brought us another one in the meantime. The fridge didn't come on and they replaced it right away. Plenty of restaurants around, and all the banks ans hopping you need.

Review 47：The hotel is beautiful. The staff really makes you feel welcomed. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the mornings. Overall my experience was great.

Review 48：Our key card kept deactivating and had to keep going to front desk to activate. Their breakfast is mediocre for the price but loved their green juice! While their gym was decent, there was no air conditioning (very annoying, it was hot) and no trash can in sight. Finally, front desk service is slow but staff is friendly.

Review 49：There was always several employees ready to help and answer questions in the lobby. Enjoyed the pianist playing in lobby. The hotel is close to a plethora of restaurants, entertainment (movie theater), highways, and taxis are available 24 hours a day. Our hotel room was on the 14th floor and faced the golf course. This was a beautiful and serene view. In addition, our room was quiet and there were always movies playing on tv so we enjoyed relaxing in our hotel room. Room service is available late at night and was very good.

Review 50：The service at check in wasn't the best. The young lady at the counter didn't really offer an explanation about the amenities available to us. Also, wi-fi was available, but only with a password and the signal kept going in and out. The parking lot is also a problem. They charge you $15 pesos every time you come in and out. Oh, and one must make sure to validate your parking ticket after an overnight stay or they will try to charge you almost $500 pesos. It's a nice hotel, but it needs a little tlc when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Review 51：Being that this getaway was last minute; we were pretty satisfied with the hotel overall. The bed were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The air conditioning was great being that it was warm out. Excellent last minute choice.
