Review 1：Water in bathroom was just about lukewarm. We were staying in a studio apartment and although of good size it was missing a lot from the kitchenette which had not even a spoon in it. The staff though was very pleased to help each time something was needed

Review 2：The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Review 3：I do not recommend eating at the in-house restaurant. We entered at 7 p.m. and did not receive our main dish until 8:30 and that was after having to remind our waiter... who then brought me a COLD "lasagna". The so-called lasagna was only some meat sauce and incorrectly prepared (no-cook) noodles, topped with pieces of sliced processed cheese, with some Parmesan sprinkled on top (no ricotta). I asked the waiter to reheat it anyway, but to NOT microwave it. It came back, fresh out of the microwave (you can always tell because the outside edges will be far too hot and the middle will still be cool to cold.) They also overcooked the fries (crisps). Children are picky about such things. The chicken cordon bleu was ok, but the chicken was dry (again, it was overcooked). The Cesar salad was the best part, but they didn't have to cook that. In the room, everything was OK, except the toilet was dirty. Most places provide extra blankets and pillows as a matter of basic courtesy. However, when we asked for extra pillows and two extra blankets for our two sons, the hotel staff refused to provide more than one blanket and pillow. The best part of the whole experience was the check-out.

Review 4：The staff were nice. Check-in was OK. The room was spacious, but the kitchen did not have any cooking or eating utensils. The microwave and hotplates were convenient... if they could've been used.

Review 5：I don't know how the authorities approved this hotel as a 4 stars hotel, the standard room is so tiny, windows dirty and you can't even enjoy the sea view, no shampoo was there, room service took so long to response, it was a bad night for us as a family with young kid

Review 7：Contrary to the information available on the web (including on this site), the hotel only had one restaurant, no bar, no alcohol license - and therefore no mini-bar. Also the state of repair in our room was very poor: the window didn't close, the shower was broken and the room safe battery had to be replaced.

Review 8：The duty manager throughout our 48 hours in the hotel went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to resolve any issues. He also made lots of arrangements and recommended our activities very effectively.

Review 17：Noisy fridge which I had to unplug. Old and smelly rug which I had to push under the bed. Also some noise from the corridors, I could hear someone's phone message notification every 10mins as if it was inside the room.

Review 19：The cleanliness of the toliet & shower area left a lot to be desired, there were hairs all over the floor (Belonging to someone other than myself). The WIFI was very poor, the selection for breakfast was very limited. This hotel is labeled as 4 Stars and should be more in the line of two. I also requested for airport pickup via mail & a phone call but upon arrival at the airport I had to make another call as there was no one there, I then waited for one hour before being picked up.

Dirty, filthy windows, smeels under sink, tiny frozen refrigerators, terrible breakfast, horrible coffee, old bread, canned food. Had to ask for EVERYTHING from dishes to robes. Clogged sinks, dirty swimming pool. Please do not waste your money there like we did.

Review 26：Soft pillows. The staff quickly fixed anything wrong. Amazingly good gym. You have to ask them to open it each time.

Located a full 20mins drive, on the wrong side ofMuscat, the hotel was not anything it made out online, especially howtiny the rooms are. Also, there was a large booking of poorly managedchildren, constantly running around, making the stay very unpleasant.

Review 34：Taxi hailing, do not use hotel taxi, too expemnsive. What u save in room u wipl end up paying to taxis. Breakfast not much variaties. Waiters may use yesterdays food to offer u , watch out.

Review 36：Beach is only three minutes away. But only good for a walk ... for a sunbath you need an at least 30 minutes drive. Better spend money for a hotel closer to the city. The distance in general is not good for a regular holiday. You depend on a car or driver and lose a lot of money and time to reach a bigger store, beach or city. Only the smaler rooms have a sea view but windows are very dirty and our window was broken. (not able to close and just fixed with tapes). We booked first a bigger room but besides a big kitchen there is no difference and no sea view but higher price. First they wanted us still to pay the higher rate. In front of the smaler room was also a kitchen and someone used it every evening. So in the night it was always very noicy on the on the otherside from our door.

Review 37：The hotel is far a way from Muscat City, so we needed a driver on a daily basis. He was very kind, friendly and always on time. Most of the hotel employees were very friendly and supportive. We got new bedsheets every Day and towels were always fresh and clever. Breakfast was okay... just simple asian style. Hotel is good and simple but low standard nothing to suggest for a regular holiday.

Review 38：Toilets were dirty, need to be repaired especially the water drainage in the toilet was a serious problem. smell . The cleaners were not cleaning the toilets properly which is a major problem. Swimming pool was dirty.

Review 42：the pictures of the facilities shown in the web site are attractive but in reality are very poor. check in normally at 2 pm . we arrived at 3 .30 pm and the rooms are not ready. We got our room after 4.20 pm. it is mentioned that the rooms with see view has a private sitting are,cooking facilities and ironing facilities. When we checked the room it was totally opposite. looks like a sharing appartment. 3 rooms and 1 hall with common kitchinette and ironing facilities. the breakfast food wasnt that good not even average,hoowever the staff were doing their best to satisfy the guests.

Review 68：Very Basic Hotel, Although Ideal for a stopover if you are travelling south from Dubai like we were. The Electricity kept tripping. The Cleanliness was quite poor with wet pillows and a very bad kitchen. The pool / pool bar and roof top were deserted and looked as though they had not been used for a long time. Would only recommend for long distance travelers looking for somewhere cheap (we paid quite a cost due to Eid) to stopover but i would not recommend for a long stay.

Review 69：Very Good Staff, despite arriving at 2 am they were still very helpful and had people on hand to help our luggage to the room. The breakfast was very good with a nice room where it was located.

Review 70：We are really disappointed for several reasons. First of all, the customer service was really poor. We asked for late check out (2 hours only) but the staff were not friendly and did not show us any help. They wanted to charge us a half day price! Secondly, the Wifi was very poor and you can not connect more than one device.The room was small. Also, the bathroom shower every time floods as there was probably a blockage in the waste pipe. It was noisy outside and difficult to sleep. The pictures on booking.com are not the same as you see in real. It can not be 4 star. I would give it 2 star only. I will not stay again and please do not be cheated with pictures.

Anything u ask wait till next day. Night you will hear split AC working and cant sleep at all. Strange noises comes from next room as the walls r thin. Toilet seat broken n very dirty. Shower not working had to wait till next day to get it fixed.

The breakfast was included in the price and had a decent variety to offer ranging from continental to Arab. The wifi connection was available with excellent coverage. Review 84：Booked Sea View 2 Bed Apartment, got city view instead. The published photos make the place look much better than the reality. Tiled floors no Rugs/Carpet in the rooms. Old Split A/C units - should be central A/C. Bathrooms dirty, also no cooling in there so the bathrooms are hot and humid too. Poor quality toilet roll, toiletries included bath foam and shampoo. There was no bath, only showers. Water pressure was very low in the shower. The shower drain was blocked/slow to drain. Low quality towels Kitchenette in the apartment was dirty. Swimming pool water was mirky, asked for the pump to be switched on - didn't seem to make a difference. There is no shallow end to the pool, its about 5ft deep, with sharp edges where the tiles meet the pool. Rooftop terraces/cafe looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks/months, the stairwell leading up also had mattresses stored in it. The pool is on the 5th floor, and there is an opening in the ceiling for natural light. You can look down from the rooftop terrace into the pool. The safety barrier was not complete, there were large gaps at each corner which meant it was very dangerous for kids to be on the roof. Although the beach is about 5 mins walk away, lots of stones and not well maintained at all. Someone was also driving his jeep along the beach.
