Review 1：No extra pillows in the room. When we realised we forgot toothpaste it turned out there was nothing complimentary available at reception, something you'd expect at a hotel of this standard. Disappointing SPA experience, atmosphere not relaxing enough, massage not intensive enough, I was left alone in the room for 15 min during facial.

Review 2：Very clean and cosy hotel with spacious rooms, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Amazing restaurant! Delicious food beautifully presented but at reasonable price.

Review 3：It happened to be a heat wave (36 degrees), one in the century, and we missed the A/C. But it was really an exceptional weather conditions.

Review 7：Greno Hotel and SPA is really fantastic place, for as well long and short stay. Me and my two friends had a great weekend. After a long walk on Karpacz, we relaxed in the swimming pool, sauna and local SPA. Everything was exactly, what we needed. No complaints. In the evening we eat delicious salads in hotel's restaurant. On breakfast we were offered wide range of choices, excellent coffe and tea. Staff was all the time very helpful polite. I do recommend this hotel. For sure we will visit it again in the future.

Review 8：1. It was impossible to change heating level in room. You have to call reception every time and ask to turn it on or off. Very inconvenient! But heating is good and rooms were very warm and comfort. 2. Wifi connection is very poor in rooms. Wifi was much better in lobby, however internet was extremely slow even in lobby. 3. Not all staff speaks English, especially it was difficult to communicate in SPA, but I have to say that even then the staff is very nice and service-oriented 4. Not a big issue, but sauna works only in the evening. 5. Not a big issue, but you have to know if you are planning an active vacation: breakfast starts only at 8am

In general we really loved the the stay in this hotel and I we are planning to come there in future. So I am writing all "-" below only in order to help other users to know all the truth. Definitely, there are much more good things in this hotel!

Review 10：Modern, clean, good located hotel. Free private parking, 3 saunas, small swimming pool with jacuzzi which can be also used free of charge. Rich breakfast. Would recommend to everyone who wants to really enjoy and relax in winter vocation.

Review 11：The only small thing that could be suggested rather than a criticism is maybe a small kettle for tea making in the room. It's nice to have a cup of tea before bedtime without having to bother anybody.

Review 12：There was really nothing to fault. As we have just came back from our stay we miss the swim and sauna we could use every evening before bed. The hotel's ambience was quiet and relaxing at all times so we were very lucky. Breakfast was superb with variety of food even for me as I tend to be extremely picky about quality or choice of food. We already told our friends about this hotel. Staff were very happy to help and always smiling.

Review 23：The hotel is located 1 km from the city center. Very quiet and calm. Nice mini spa and pool. I would recommend this hotel to the ones who like to rest after skiing and a long day of walking.

Review 24：- the reception staff does not seem to care much about you - don't bother ordering any drinks, they can't do them properly - definitely overpriced - Karpacz mountain tracks have been recently paved and they became literally unusable
