Review 1：Room service is advertised as 24 hours on the menus, but we were disappointed that we were only able to order bottled sodas after the restaurant closed, so we didn't get to eat at the hotel (so I cannot comment on the food or restaurant.) Towels were very clean but well worn, should be replaced. Also the lighting at the sink/vanity was awkward and unflattering.

Review 2：Beautiful room with plenty of space. The shower was the best, great water pressure!! The full length mirror was an unexpected plus. Outlets for charging phones and electronics were conveniently placed throughout the room. Hotel location was quiet but close to shopping and restaurants and only a quick drive to Centro. Would definitely stay here again!

Review 4：The location is about a 5$ cab ride from about anywhere you want to go. Or walking distance, if you don't mind. It is an easy area to learn. Cabs right outside, breakfast buffet is good. It is very clean for the price, and location.

Review 6：The hotel was in an area with quite a few breakfast restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try the hotel's buffet, although we read good review about it. The staff was, friendly but a little reserved, that said it's Mexico and the customs are different that we're used to in the US. We spoke reasonably good Spanish with them and didn't have any problems understanding/being understood. We paid $81 for a king bed for one night, which I felt was reasonable, although I would have been much happier to pay $20 less, then it would have felt like a good deal and I would have rated everything higher due to the better value. Probably won't stay there again, but not for any bad reasons.

Review 20：I guess the housekeeping supervisor when to my room to check it but it was I think between 4 and 5 pm and I was relaxing when she went to my room, I think she should check the rooms as soon as the housekeeper finish the room.

Review 21：Got an automated wake up call early - no idea why, and I wasn't happy. 30 minutes later the staff knocked on the door, despite the Do Not Disturb sign. Very unhappy. Also, loud jackhammering until about 11:00am.

Review 110：The place need upkeep. I noticed that the towels were extremely dingy and old (almost brown) and that there were poorly made repairs to some of the light fixtures. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working properly. This place was always in tip top shape so not sure what's happening.

Review 119：The hotel was noisy and rather unkept the linens & towels were old an worn a slight smell of sewage was coming from the bathroom pipes and the lights kept going off in the morning making my laptop crash when asked the main desk they said they were checking breakers and did not think it important to notify guests. Will not go back.

Review 123：I have been staying at this Hotel for years, both prior to and after renovation. I love it. Staff is attentive, rooms and beds are clean. Bathrooms are clean as well as the common areas.
