Review 1：The room service boy was annoyed because of our request to change the covers and in the next day didn't respect the sign of don't disturb

Review 3：Yes the resort is old and a bit hard to find but the style of the hotel is far from any other place I stayed at in Oman. I hope they renew it with out taking this style away.

Review 4：Terrible noice all the night from air conditioning in the bathroom, no possibility to swith it off. Desperate bell ring at 4am lasting for 15 minutes - maybe they tried to wake someone up - but waked up all other guests. Bad surrounding, without car you would be lost. No elevator.

Review 6：It was very hard to reach the hotel because of construction work and we had no clue where to find the hotel, because we only had a postbox nr. As Seeb is a very stretched area. A taxi driver had to drive in front of us to get to the hotel.

Review 12：The hotel is not easy to find even with gps. Rooms have windows overlooking the corridor so there is noise at night and no change of fresh air.

Review 13：The hotel is at 10 minutes walking from Seeb corniche, crossing a public park when exiting the hotel turn on your right. From there you can also walk to the fish market and souq. Seeb is an authentic Omani village with local community life and almost no foreign tourists. As it is isolated from the village and 45 min. from Muscat Mudrah, it is convenient only if you travel by car, want to stop there for 1-2 nights, upon your arrival or if you have an early flight (the airport is on the way at 20 min), enjoy the swimming pool and the local public beach. Breakfast presents a wide choice with eggs, bacon, muffins, vegetables...

Review 14：Headline: They would have been better off spending money on getting thebasics right (get rid of mold, buy actual duvet covers rather than asheet folded around the duvet, supply toilet roll, clean the bathroomproperly, pave the road leading to the hotel, put windows in more rooms)than splashing out on "nice to haves" like separatebath/shower, designer sinks, inside-wardrobe lighting, giant TVs)The entire hotel smells of mold. I'm not a fussy traveller, and have slept in my fair share of basic accommodation without any complaint. However, Ramee Dream Resort smelt like it had a TERRIBLE mold problem, to the extent I was genuinely worried about my health. The first room we were shown to had about 2 inches of black mold growing out of and above the air conditioner, and the whole 2nd floor of the hotel smelt like a damp cellar. We immediately went back to reception and asked to change rooms, pointing out the mold problem. I'm honestly not sure if the manager understood what the problem was, but he seemed keen to try and please us. We were shown to one of their suites, but it had exactly the same problem. None of these rooms had windows, which was probably the root of the problem.We tried to explain (neither my partner or I spoke Arabic) that we didn't mind a tiny room, or two single beds, or even a non-ensuite room, we just didn't want a moldy one. After rejecting a second moldy room I was on the verge of sleeping in the car. We were eventually shown to a corner room with a window. Maintenance then came to get screwdrivers to open the window (clearly this didn't happen often) and, although the room still smelt damp and moldy, having an open window definitely improved things and we stayed the night (with the window open!).

The location was nice and cut away from the city..room was very cosy and the washroom was really unique..excellent bath and fittings.. Baby cot provided for us. Breakfast was satisfactory too.. Review 29：A little further away from the main area of muscat but if you chose that area that's what to expect. The cleaning team did ring my door bell for room service at 22:45, definitely too late to be doing that.

Review 30：If you like a nice quiet place to relax, you can't do much better than this place. Very nice rooms, well designed bathroom. Comfortable bed and was cleaned to a very high standard. The pool is on the small side but plenty of room around for relaxing in the sun. Good stable WiFi, friendly staff. Lots of quiet areas to explore and about 20 minutes drive to the City centre mall. No noise from the airport either.

Review 31：Hotel doesnt have beach, staff doesnt speak proper english and the knowledge about touristic things around pretty fair, whatever you ask they dont know. Wifi doesnt work in rooms. Breakfast is not good as well.

Review 32：I put in a special for my room to be ready as my flight came in the early hours of the morning. The room was not ready on arrival and had to wait for the first available room which took about 3 hours. There was no variety with breakfast either which was. It always kept warm and toilet did not always flush.

Review 37：A very welcoming staff and helpful manager. We were given free evening return lift to nearby SEEB shopping centre. The rooms are modern with very confortable bed. A decent open air swimming pool (not heated). The beach was very good but we felt lonely on our own in the sea.

Review 39：We had issues with baggage not coming in on our flight and the counter staff did all they could to help us sort out the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. I will not hesitate to stay here again and I will recommend this to anyone. Rooms are spotless. The restaurants serve great food and large portions, you can get a beer after 8 O'Clock which is fine.

Review 44：Very poor handling of customer checkout bills. I ordered food and asked to charge on my room upon check out. I checked out and two days after they called me and said the food i ordered has not been charged to my bills. I dont mind paying but the stress they have caused me to arrange a meeting with the staff and settle the bill is obviously a reflection of a poor system.

Review 46：1. Bathroom water drainage system needs improvement. When taking showers the floor is flooded. 2. Washing basin does not drain quickly. When brushing your tooth there is always stagnant water. 3. Access to the hotel is very poor which is a graded road and can be easily missed at night since there are no lights. 4. Break fast quality needs major improvement. 5. Mini bar is empty. 6. On some cases some customers would check in for half a day only. This gives a bad picture to the hotel and also degrades its value.
