Reviews for Casa da Rua Nova
Review 1:We liked everything, but the two doors to get into the flat have very difficult locks. Since there is no one on site, once you're handed the keys, you're on your own and if the locks didn't work you could get locked in or out.
Review 2:The remodel of an ancient building included keeping the natural stone, shape and character of the apartment while adding fun contemporary design elements. Great layout and a view from the windows, right in the center of the village and a place to park a car. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day.
Review 3:It was a bit cold inside the apartment. We had all the heating turned max, but still the cold was felt from all corners and cold walls.
Review 4:The penthouse apartment was very spacious and comfortable, newly and nicely decorated with many authentic and both modern details. Wi-fi was strong and fast enough to work. Kitchenette was small, but fully equipped for cooking.
Review 5:Wonderful owners, great location and charming apartment
Review 6:The speed of the wifi and the lack of a security fence for the stairs.
Review 7:The location, the style of the decoration, the cleanliness.
Review 8:The apartment is warm and fashionably furnished. It was hard to leave after a 5 day stay over Easter. The owners had left tasty breakfast food, an Easter cake, milk and coffee, fresh fruit and flowers, and a small bottle of excellent local wine. So far in our three weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal this has been, by far, the best accommodation we have had. Like the apartment, Castelo de Vide is a hard place to leave. The ringing of the bells on the eve of Easter Sunday was magical and memorable.
Review 9:Very nice, confortable and super cozy apartement. Very well equiped and with an excelent location.
