Review 8：If someone is looking for an affordable place very near the beach where they can stay for a week comfortably this is a great option. The room is spacious, has a full sized fridge, sink, hot water heater for instant coffee, and a two burner stove top. It has a great tv and two comfy chairs and the bed is decent. The only thing that was a downer was the bathroom is very tiny. However it was very clean and had a nice shower and facilities. But overall for a two person stay for a week it is fabulous. So close to the beach, quick 5-10 minute drive. Very near some good restaurants. Definitely a great option for those looking to be frugal or on a budget.

Review 11：I've used booking.com several times when traveling and love theflexibility of the website. But after this experience not so much! I hadoriginally booked a room for Sunday and Monday nights. But I needed tocancel Sunday night. I accidentally cancelled Monday night so I had torebook Monday after I canceled Sunday. I didn't realize this wouldturn into a $100 mistake! When I was checking my account I saw that thehotel had charged me before I even left for my trip! When I called theowner to try and correct this he acted like he was doing me a favor byonly charging me for one cancellation. I called Booking to try and solvethis dilemma. The agent was very nice and called the owner directly butthe owner was not budging on a refund. When I said that I had done thisin advance of the 24 hours the agent said that this hotel has a 7 dayadvance notice of cancellations! My god! If you don't like dealingwith cancellations of reservations then the hotel business is not foryou! But I imagine that is how they paid for the family Hummer parkedout front! I would highly advise Booking to not promote this businessdue to their very poor customer service. I was traveling on a budget andnever saw this coming as I had never had this experience with a hotel!This is a small town with lots of hotels. Stay somewhere else!!!

Review 18：Would probably not return as we found the notice to vacate by 10Am offensive although the owner when questioned about it dismissed it saying he would not charge someone for an extra day if they vacated after 10am. Standard in most hotels @ motels is 11am or noon

Review 20：Being honest here... If you arrive at night, you will want to turn around and leave. Not well lit. Looks sketchy. Parking spaces right off the sidewalk. Outside doors on the rooms but they do dead bolt. If you can deal with this it's a great place to stay. I will stay here again.
Review 21：As a business traveler used to staying 3-4 nights a week at Hilton and Marriott properties, I was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised by this little joint. Small but clean room, tv with remote that worked, newly renovated bathroom, great shower, and a decent bed. Overall a clean little place. Good value. Owner was nice.
Review 22：There is not really anything too negative I can say about the motel. The only complaint I might add which is NOT a big deal is there is no ice machine and no type of dishes of any type in kitchenette.

Gave us a coffee maker to use and a pan. Just very friendly and since all we wanted was a reasonable place to stay this hit the spot.
