Review 1：Wifi was a tragedy, next to non existing. Not comfortable shower. Better be in time for the breakfast - otherwise choise will be poor. Difficult to find entry to the hotel (similar to labirinth)! One lady at the reception was not friendly at all.

Review 6：We really liked the location: near the marina, beach and a short walk to the center. The room was fine and clean. Bed comfortable with 2 nice pillows. Personnel was friendly. We had a nice view from our room and could go round the back to the swimming pool. Villa Franca is centrally located on the island.

Review 11：Our room faced the harbour & a bar/cafe so the noise was so bad & continued until the wee hours of the morning. We couldn't shut the door as the air conditioning did not work in our room. We were not told this when we checked in. The security e.g. doors of the rooms needs to be upgraded. We had horrible sleeps.

Review 15：The hotel outside seems very nice and new but inside our room was a bit old and needing renovation. In my opinion the relationship price-quality, when we compare with other hotels in other cities of Sao Miguel, is not very good, it is quite expensive for what you get. Although of course you pay also the location, and that is very good.

Review 16：The hotel is in a very good location, at the Marina, where you can leave with the boat to visit the island of Vila Franca or watch the whales and dolphins or even go to the beach. The people are friendly.

Review 35：Poor room temperature and humidity control. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Most hotels have small fridge in room. Parking was difficult.

Review 37：The breakfast was poor with only one cup per person. Location is good only for those who want to lay at the beach and have a car. It is almost impossible to travel around the island, as well as the city (no pedestrian area on the streets - that was quite a news)
