Review 1：I was quoted one thing online and the clerck will try to trick you with rate of exchange and charge you up to 12 usd extra. There is no salvation especially if you show up at nite they've got you.

Review 2：I liked location and cleaningness.

Review 3：People were really unfriendly, not helpful. Their card machine was not working during the 2 days of my stay. Only cash was accepted. I had pay (in USD) more than expected due to their terrible change rate. The worst in all TJ, 14.5!

Review 5：Some places are very hot and other very cold. The workers were about to cancel our reservation even though we had put and approx. arrival hour.

Review 7：The top of all the things that I did not like was that I had to wait more in orther to get my key to the room because it was not ready. The shower at the bathroom in my hotel room was not clean I found hair from other guest in the shower walls, and was not well clean. The pillows were uncomfortable and the tv was to small, my window face to a dumpster so I had the worst view and the breakfast was not tasty.

Review 9：The print-out that Booking.com uses does not specifically state that alltaxes have been included in the Booking.com price... The front deskperson insisted that they were not included and charged me for themagain... The next morning I took my pc with the Booking.com emailconfirmation to the manager... In this email it clearly states that thetaxes are included in the price... He put thru a refund on my card...Aside from the inconvenience of arguing the point, a small problem isthat I had to pay my bank the higher intl fee on the purchase, then anadditional fee for the refund... But the extra charges amounted toapprox $45 usd... So I advise all to print out the email confirmation tobring with you...

Review 11：Complimentary breakfast starts at 6am, the airport shuttle makes one trip to the airport at 6am only. We figured better to eat and take the readily available taxi for 100 pesos. Fair enough.

Review 13：Staff was irresponsible on many occasions. No proper WiFi connection or I can say Dead Internet and when called on the staff, they said the hotel is full and speed is compromised. Water problem -- water was yellow or mud in color. When asked the staff said they are fixing it. Bathroom was smelling the very bad smell of drainage and no exhaust fans available. When enquired staff said they know the issue of bad smell from drainage and trying to fix it.

Review 15：When I made the reservations, for two rooms, I was told, in writing, that it was $96 dollars, including all taxes, upon arrival I was charged $108 dollars.

Review 17：Hotel policy charged more for the hotel when you arrive there because their policy is to charged in pesos. They pay for the dollar much less compare to what the dollar is worth any other place. Their exchange was at 12 pesos while the peso was 14.60 pesos for dollar. The breakfast need a lot of more improvement in regards of organization, appearance. The breakfast room set up have booths with tables so high that they seem counters instead of tables.

Review 18：Hotel serves the purpose of a place to rest for the night since it does not have any amenities. I like the location, beds are comfortable. Rooms are simple but nice. Staff are amiable.

Review 19：The only 2 things i didn't like was that if you get a room close to the elevator you will hear it all night. It was a little disturbing. The second thing i didn't like is that when we arrived we were told the rooms were being cleaned so we had to wait like an hour to finally get our rooms. I was very annoying for us because we had to pick up family members from the airport and since we couldn't leave out luggage in the rooms because they weren't ready, we had to take it all with us and we did not have enough room for our family members luggage.

Review 22：The fact that I booked and reserved 2 beds for I end up getting twin bunk beds and a regular twin bed my husbad had to sleep on floor due to us not fitting together. We walked around the room on out sides. Very cramped. I asked if they could warm up my food and all of a sudden I see people having there food warmed up after I was told no. Mind you I have an infant that Eats regular food we had to eat cold food for dinner. My mother asked for towels and they brought her one. We struggled getting in to the hotel before coming in to get our room with our bags the security guard and the guy that checks us in just stood there smoking a cigg. Offered us a cart after we finished carrying all our stuff on top of our stroller and all over my husband. Never again!

The people from the hotel knocks at your door twice a day because they are checking the available rooms they have (it seems they can't tell it from their own system). I don't understand where is the efficiency here. 3. The laundry service is so expensive. 4. The shuttle van doesn't take you anywhere because the guy is always in bad mood, even that they say you have free rides 10 km around the hotel. 5. It seems that all the staff is in training and they can't get organized with their information. 6. The rooms are too small and smelly that they look like cheap motels. 7. The TV doesn't have many channels and someone always change the available SKY channels that you can search from your remote.

Review 28：I waited 45 min to be help on the front desk just to check in the rooms where like 200 sqf to to to small the continental breakfast was a mess i had to wait 30 in line and I just decided to leaf, as I was leafing the security tell me if he can help me and I told him Im going to need a taxi and he call's on "yellow" cab and form the hotel to the border is just 2-3 min the taxi charge me $ 20 dollars I complain and he just told me that's how much we charge I told him the taxi "LIBRE" just charge me 4 dollars to get me to the hotel........

Review 78：This trip was the first time we went for a light breakfast.. Which wasabout 7am.. No coffee, no sweet bread, cereal, no fruit. Milk or juice..There was a cleaning lady mopping the area and ask her when there wouldbe service since a group of people started to come in that area.. Shebrought what she could but it was later that the person in charge put onthe coffe and plates for cereal, cups for coffee etc. other then thatour stay was perfect. Planning to return in 2 months and hope this timewe can have a light breakfast before returning home.
