Review 1：Could do with some renovations, in particular the bathrooms.

Review 2：Large apartments which are very well equipped. Everything you need is in there. Staff were wonderful. The Common also had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Short walk to the beach and views looking out to the ocean from our room.

Review 3：We're more used to Queensland resorts so found things were pretty basic for the cost.

Review 5：Admittedly it was peak season so pricing was a little expensive and we did only book a week before. Second floor in the beach house is constructed of timber so with kids being upstairs you could hear them going to the toilet and stomping around at night which made for a restless sleep on the first night which was a late one and they had drunk a lot of water. Upstairs bedrooms get hot and whilst there is reverse cycle A/con it does not cool the bedrooms. Fans are provided. We arrived on a 39 degree day so rooms were already hot and it was difficult to cool them down. Even with cooler temperatures they remained warm for the next four days. Kids slept with fans in and didn't complain about the room temperature. Whilst Free wifi was available we were unable to connect. As we had Australia mobile reception we didn't bother asking what the problem was.

Review 6：Close to Gnarabup beach. Away from the hustle & bustle of town. The restaurant/bar "The Common" puts out great tasting food. Margaret River township experienced a black out and even without power there was only 3 items in the menu they could not produce. We stayed in a 3 bedroom beach house behind the resort which is partly in a residential area.

Review 7：Noise late at night from the pub, smoking still allowed so we had to often close our balcony doors to prevent our neighbours smoke wafting in

Review 10：The spaciousness of the apartment and whatever was provided in the apartment. Like a home away from home! The location near the beach was ideal and we could go for walks in the evening. Place was quiet and private. Our car couldn't start for two mornings because of a problem with the battery and the helpful staff helped us get our car started.

Review 11：The Spa studio we stayed in was quite dated and in need of minor face lift. The bathroom was especially in need of a makeover, the spa wasn't so inviting with a view of the washer and dryer.

Review 13：All out devices and laptop could not succeed in riding the wifi network. The only advice to us is to clear history and cookies. But that didn't help either. Wish the staff has followed up on this issue.

Review 16：Weather was too windy to use the pool or nearby beach and was a little far out of Margaret River for a choice of restaurants and night life. We probably should have stayed closer to town.

Review 18：The restaurant food was very poor. I think they could do a lot better. The doors on the bathroom and toilet both locked and you needed a stick which was in the kitchen to open them. If staying alone and not knowing about it you would have to wait to be rescued. We were not advised of this issue.

Review 20：From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Lee I knew I had made a great choice of accommodation. He insisted we go to White Elephant Beach café ... it is now my most favourite place in the world!

Review 36：We felt the walls of the rooms were very thin so you could hear lots of noise from the neighbours, the banging of cupboards, turning on of taps, showers and moving of chairs from the rooms above. Thankfully we weren't visiting during peak season. Not sure if this is the case for all rooms within the resort.

Review 37：We loved the location. The onsite restaurant "The Common" was fantastic, we had some beautiful meals and the staff were very friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing. The White Elephant café on the beach was also good as was the beautiful and easy walk to the River mouth.

Review 38：Unfortunately, there were some noisy neighbours right next door and in the apartment above, however, once we had reported this to the night manager, it was taken care of.

Review 48：The location is very good. Walking distance to the beach. A quiet place to stay, especially at night. The bed is comfortable. We had a good sleep there. The restaurant inside the resort is good although it is only open since late afternoon.

Review 53：No view; car parked within two metres of front door but had to walk down and around as small garden was between car bay and front door (lower level); weird entry to front door; would prefer a nicer entry and rear patio; for the location we would have expected a much better view; rather noisy inside apartment due to the acoustics/tiles (we were with two children so the noise echoed). Overall very good though. But really a good accommodation choice - difficult to think of negatives.

Review 54：Comfort of bed; master bedroom is a nice distance away from children's bedroom; very nice large bathroom; good kitchen with dishwasher; washing machine and dryer in bathroom but we didn't use them; very quiet at night and could hear beach; quiet respectful neighbours. Would stay again.

Review 55：Winter time the restaurant was having renovations but management put on facility to take into town if need be. No grocery supplies on site.

Review 60：Wi-Fi is not good, very slow.. I had to work during my stay and it was impossible on the hotel Wi-Fi, fortunately I was able to hot spot off my mobile. Bar restaurant was closed for refurbishment , we were made aware of it prior to attending.. grand opening was supposed to be that weekend.. would have been nice to attend it.. next time maybe

Review 61：The Location was excellent, although a little chilly this time of the year. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool looks fantastic but too cold to try out. Staff were very friendly.

Review 62：Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. The wifi was only able to be used in the front bedroom we had no coverage in any other part of the accomodation. The tenants below us were extremely noisy and up while it was still dark in the very early hours of the morning. This made our stay not as restful as we had hoped for after driving all the way from Melbourne.

Review 63：The staff were fantastic, They were very polite and so helpful and had great knowledge of the area. We loved the view from our room and the close proximity of beautiful beaches and walking tracks. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed to self cater.

Review 66：Our "luxury" self-contained spa apartment was little more than a narrow motel room with a kitchen sink and small bench on one wall. Not impressed with the layout at all with the bathroom at the opposite end to the bedroom. Maybe the other rooms are different? Kitchen was out of action due to renovations and while they had a complimentary shuttle service to town for dinner, it was restricted so we had to cab it back.

Review 70：Just a couple minutes' walk to the beach and the very helpful staff made the experience wholly enjoyable. Heating worked very well and the quiet of the surrounding areas made our stay very peaceful. Did not have to doubt the safety of the area as well.

The apartment we had was clean, warm, large enough for our two teenage daughters and ourselves with a big bathroom and beautiful hot water. We had 2 nights eating in and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The view of the ocean from our upstairs area was gorgeous. We watched the sunset every late afternoon from our balcony. Thank you so much- we'll be back!

Review 76：Receptionist was helpful and patient in advising us where to get dinner despite us arriving at the place rather late. Bed was very comfy with heater. Room was clean and even have a washer and dryer.

Review 77：Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and nice hot shower . Coffee and tea making facilities were good. We didn't use the spa bath as we were only there one night !

Review 112：We received a tx message from the hotel at 2.15pm on the day of our arrival to state that their restaurant, the Gnarabar, was closed from today onwards. This was very disappointing as we had chosen the hotel for its location and the fact there was an onsite restaurant so we did not have to go into the township as we had stayed in town before.

Review 119：Loved the area. The wineries were a short drive and Margaret river township is an 8 minute drive.

Review 120：My favourite is north passenger of the famous surfer & great location for eat outing & winery. 10 mins drive to Margaret River town. You must go for a great coffee at yahava brew 3 mins from town.

Review 121：Beach is not as near as described. Is not directly in front of resort and beach is not that clean with lots of seaweed. Plates washing liquid is not enough and plates and bowls are really heavy.. No one to clean up the room or make the bed once even with 3 to 4 days stay. Gets really dark along the road coming into resort

Review 128：Photo of property is deceptive - property is not on the beach as itappears but a short car drive or reasonable walk. The "SO calledbeach HOUSE" is a town house is a residential area and is looking alittle tired.
