Review 6：The reception opens from about 9am-2pm, fortunately we arrived for check in within that time, however if you don't you need to go there sister building which is about a 8min walk. So just be sure of where you going, because there where a few people we saw that came and had to go out again.

Review 12：the floor didn't have a carpet and it was quite uncomfortable walking around. We had to stay in bed to keep our feet warm. Also, the reception in the building was not 24/7 so we had to checkin at a different reception 10 mins away from our place.
Review 13：The location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and they cleaned up everyday. Our flight was 9hrs away from thr checkout time and they kept our luggages safe while we got some more time for sightseeing.

Review 19：The windows are paper thin, so are the walls if you're unlucky noise will be a problem. Don't travel with heavy luggage you need to take them up three stairs and there is no closet. You need to go elsewhere to check-in read the small print in your booking the adres is in there. The neighborhood is a bit unsavoury so be careful at night.
Review 20：The building has nice original features mixed with modern facilities. Take the deluxe version it comes with its own bathroom, though small it is very nice. A small sitting area in the hall gives water, tea or coffee. There is a laundry opposite the hotel and a sort of tea room a couple of doors down the road for cheap breakfast.
Review 21：Tiny, pictures are misleading for ''superior double room'' which is really miniscule, with half a window... Stairs, no elevator, so be careful if you have lots of luggage...

Review 23：We called late at night to see if we could stay one night earlier; they referred us to their sister establishment Hostel Barcelona Ramblas, which turned out to be a literal cockroach infested, stinky, dank, dirty, flop house with cigarette burns on the sheets - the third pair I had requested because the previous two had brown stains on them. We just left out into the crazy BCN midnight rather than stay there. The owner of this place should be ashamed, and probably reported to the health board - and the fact that we were referred here by Be Home Budget Hotel reflects very poorly on them.

We had a standard double room, which was perfect for a short stay of 3 nights. At the arrival we got a lot of information of the staff.

Review 33：they booked a cab for us, however they didn't tell us that there's a surcharge for booking a cab ahead of time. We were in for a big surprise when we go to the airport when we had to pay 17 euros more than we paid for the same trip.

Review 36：The hotel was very clean and confortable and central, located in El Raval, a pleasant neighbourhood. Close by, there is a great restaurant (bar) called Bellvitja which is a wonderful place to go to. loved the area.

Review 45：Great location, friendly staff, very clean, nice terrasse with seating, a/c in rooms, fairly comfortable beds. Some have mentioned that it can be incredibly loud, but since our room was at the back of the hotel (off of the terrasse), we were fortunate enough to have not experienced any noise. In fact, it was quite peaceful and quiet! Also, considering how close to Las Ramblas the hotel is, the street it is located on is quite quiet and even somewhat residential (for Barcelona)! Excellent price, and despite the fact that we had a room with shared bathroom access, it was not incredibly inconvenient, as the closest bathroom was only about 15 feet from our room, and was always kept very tidy. Definitely recommend this place!

Review 48：Room is Tiny! Smaller than it looks in picture. Literally just big enough to fit the bed and a tiny bathroom. Not even enough room for just 2 people to be walking around at the same time. Can't checkin at the same facility past 2pm. To check-in past 2pm you need to go to their other property down the street. It's not a terribly long walk but it is inconvenient as there's no-one around to help you or answer questions in the afternoon. Expensive! Stayed in much better rooms for the same price. You pay big time for the central location. Can't flush the toilette paper, need to throw it in a little trash can. Not totally uncommon for older buildings in Europe but many places in Spain don't require this. Not a huge deal for some folks but we found it a little distasteful. No Elevator but not a terrible amount of stairs to climb and they're relatively wide and easy to navigate. Unlike many of the other buildings in the area.

Very close to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and La Boqueria (5-10 min walk) and relatively close (20 - 40 minute walk or so) to tourist attractions like Passege De Gracia (Casa Ballo, La Pederera), The Port, Barcelonetta Beach, Ciutat Vella, and El Barri Gotic. Well served by Public Transit with several metros within walking distance. Free, Fast WiFi. Ping 13ms, 22 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up. Comfortable Bed, Good Shower. Nice common terrace area with tables and chairs for lounging or smoking. Tea and Coffee etc available complimentary.
Review 50：Our room's bathroom was in the room but it didn't have a door! So when one of us is in the toilet, every noise and smell was in the room. I dont now if all the bathrooms were the same.
Review 51：Good location, just 5minute walk to La Rambla Street. Room was clean, small but for sleep and take a shower it was okey. Room and bathroom new furnished and looking pretty good.
Review 52：when i ordered the room the app asked whether i'm willing to have one bed or separated beds. I was never asked about the shared bathroom. it was a very disappointing surprise for me. Also first i came i've got the room with the window that looked at the wall in distance of 1 meter. I was so upset i wanted to cancel the whole deal, but well.. it was unrefundable. I also was with the little kid!! So additionally the neighbourhood at night becomes a place of drug dealers and addicts. Are you serious?! You don't mention it anywhere???!!

Review 55：It was impossible to sleep. We had a room facing the street, with a cute little balcony. And honestly, between the noises from the street and any sounds made in the hotel travelling throughout the place, we spent two of the noisiest night in our lives there. I was EXHAUSTED.
Review 56：The hotel is beautiful, newly renovated, and very comfortable when it comes to bathroom, room size and air condition. Not not being able to sleep kind of defeats the purpose of a hotel. I would suggest they insulate the place better, line the windows with thick, noise-cancelling curtains, place carpets throughout the hotel (cement floor and thin walls and doors is not the ideal combination) etc.
