Review 1：The decoration in the room was very basic and cheerless. There were a couple of issues that could not be resolved during our stay e.g. Dripping from the floor above. Did not interfere with our stay too much though. I agree with another guest comment that the junior suite needs some sprucing up.
Review 2：The property is well maintained and staff were always available to respond to our questions/requests. The basic kitchen equipment was quickly brought up to standard e.g. When we walked for a toaster a new one was supplied.
Review 3：I agree that it needs some sprucing up and the manager of the hotel informed me on my way out that they are planning to do just that, make some needed improvements with decor and things like that.

Review 5：It is a nice property.Here is the but comment...It is starting to show signs of wear.A few of the drawable loovers in the room were missing.The paint was cracking a bit in a place or two. There were no easily gotten too electrical outlets on either side of the bed to plug a phone,etc. into.Just a bit of sprucing up is all this place needs.
Review 6：I enjoyed the location very much.It being at the North end area of Bucerias.It was nice and quiet.But a short walk to my favorite restaurants,etc. It being a smaller hotel was nice.Only eight floors,and I believe 30 rooms.The staff was aamazing.Very accomidating. Will stay here againg.

Review 10：there was no hot water for our showers - the "kitchen' was very sparse - only one very dull knife to slice, very limited pots/pans, there was no light in the oven fan - they were cheap with the toilet paper, the bath towels and the beach towels - mattresses were very hard
Review 11：the location is amazing - the views from the front window looking down at the infinity pool and the very close ocean view was amazing - the sand was raked each morning - there were enough chairs around the pool but never enough palapas or chairs on the sand - the staff tried to accommodate as best as possible but it's the owner that is too cheap to change the things that guests complain about - but the location cannot be beat. The A/C worked well and we were upgraded to a better room with this view, because the one they initially gave us was terrible.
Review 12：When I booked the studio suite you had it described as having a balcony with ocean view, but on arrival discovered only the 2 bedroom suites had balconies and full ocean view.
