Review 50：When we arrived we asked for an early check in which we understood was only if available, however we arrived at 12 noon and still had no room by 3pm! Although guests arriving after U.S. We're checked in. The receptionist that dealt with us was rude and unhelpful and could not even be bothered to update us when the rooms were ready. Once we were in the room, the balcony was as big as a shower cubicle and could only accommodate one person at a time. The "sea view" was a view of a black flat roof and awful. The receptionist could not be bothered to help us and was rude and dismissive! I had to ask for a Manager in the end and Suzannah dealt with our complaint. The staff do not interact at all and cannot be bothered to help or answer any questions or recommend anything to do in the area. The food takes forever after ordering and the staff do not care. If you are looking for a hotel to sleep and plan on going out all day then this is it, however if you are looking for a friendly hotel with staff interaction then stay away!

Review 54：Difficult to find parking. Wifi kicks you out after a certain time so you need to keep on logging in again. Two elevators for such a big hotel is not enough (people carried baggage in the stairs). Safebox in the room was without lock (drilled away).

There is no onewindsurf school or rental service nearby. The nearest is 60km fromhotel. If you just want lay on the beach in 3* hotel - this is for you.

It would be difficult to get a bed by the pool when the hotel is busy. I preferred the beach because of this, and the hotel has it's own designated sunbeds on the beach at a cost of 12 euros per day. We weren't disappointed. We had an excellent room on the fourth floor with a fantastic view. Comfortable, clean and with the best sofa bed I've ever slept on! Very good breakfast included in the price and extremely friendly staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners. We'll definitely be back!

Review 116：The internet is absolutely awful. If you need it for any reason, get ready for dail-up speed from the 90's. Also, the location was in a sketchy area with not much to do close to the hotel for families. The beach is ok, it's not as nice as some of the ones in Lagos.

We spend full morning at the beach without anyone else. Room is not very big but enough for us to stay. Wifi internet is good.
