Review 1：We booked the room for 3 and we had only 2 towels. No one was there to welcome us at the check-in (we've arrived at 8pm). We stayed only one night and the deposit was taken from our account and given part back 4 days after...
Review 2：The room was a correct size and the pool is nice.
Review 3：Shortage of clean towels - One evening we lost our room keys and I called the lodges phone numbers and explained our problem and never received a call back. We were able to find our keys after an hour and a half locked out. I expected a call at least the next day or in person when I saw lodge personnel but NO they never mentioned my emergency call to them. VERY disappointed!

Review 6：The staff was very very nice.Very sweet to allow me to change from upstairs room to accomodate my mom.The room is old style but clean and felt safe with all of the camera monitoring even though area is sketchy.The door lock does not feel secure though..
Review 7：They didn't clean my room prior to my stay. Only 1 shampoo for two adults, no one came into the office until AFTER latest check out time, so I couldn't ask for shampoo. Found a worm and multiple items belonging to past guests under the bed. Pillows were awful, only had 2, no one in office to ask for more.
Review 8：Lots of permanent residents hanging out at pool drinking / smoking. Quite a few creepy vibes from people. Grimy room, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable but I was really skeeved out by the lack of cleanliness.

Review 12：The place was very run down and needs a makeover from the restroom leaking and the in wall air conditioning unit that allowed me to hear all conversations outside my room. The staff was also constantly at the pool and they have weird lobby hours.

Was told they were pet friendly and when I checked out would get my $100 deposit back, which btw didn't know until I arrived they were taking that!!!, well needless to say they are a money hungry scam cause they kept my deposit. Said it was because of dog smell!! What a joke i had to get a room change because of the smokers outside my room. Then got a room that smelled like an ashtray! Yet I signed saying non smoking room?!!

Except when the signal is so weak thatyou have to subscribe to the local xfiniti hotspot for $20 to get aweek's worth of usable internet.The room itself was Motel 6 quality. The premises were novel, in the sense that I felt like a private eye avoiding a crime boss in a very anonymous and low-traffic location. Not seedy, but I had to ask for additional bathroom tissue, if you get what I'm saying. That said, I didn't feel like it was worth $69/night, with a $100 deposit. Still waiting to get that back, too.
Review 22：Room was exactly as described. Staff was polite and attentive. Roomfeatured a large closet area, high definition flat screen tv and evenhad a small toaster oven (great for reheating pizzas).It was nice relaxing by the pool as well.

Staff was helpful, polite and friendly, very informative. Unable to highlight the property rating. However, 10 out of 10 for all listed. I will reccomend friends and family.

Review 29：I hated that my 100$ deposit was never given back. The pool was notheated it was I've cold so I was unable to go swimming. Staff cameoff as if they had an attitude but did well to hide it. The price wasridiculous for the quality. Daily house cleaning did not happen not evenonce while I was there. I do not know if the grill worked or not butonly nice thing was the tiki table that was lit up for the holiday.There was also no vending machine anywhere to be found for snacks so weconstantly had to drive to the gas station for snacks and mind youI'm from this area and I know 6th avenue and federal is not a safeplace it's the ghetto, By the beach. I would have appreciated ifI'd gotten a king size bed like is paid for my deposit back and aheated pool.

Review 31：When I first arrived the lodge management was on the phone with booking.com saying the advertised rate I locked in was wrong and tried to charge me more. Maybe if management insured it was changed when the season changed they wouldn't have to look dumb and greedy. Her incompetent management skills shows the longer you stay. Then they wouldn't give my deposit back saying I smoked in the room. Check your cameras my wife and I always went outside to smoke, even 3am we would go outside. Bring your own toilet paper because maid only comes once a week. Place is open to everyone just like the homeless man that slept outside my door (no joke!!!!) If you want to stay near a ghetto area this place is for you. Otherwise find another place that tends to the people that stay and not try to rob people.

Review 34：NOT PET-FRIENDLY & NO REAL WIFI This motel claims to be pet-friendly, but when I arrived, they only took from my checking account the weekly $50.00 fee for my 10 lb. dog, they also took out another $150.00 pet security deposit (listed nowhere on Booking.com's app list of fees for the place) & aftef 10 days, still have not returned the money despite leaving the place spotless and damage-free Booking.com has been pretty much useless in helping me get my money back as they ironically will not accept the scanned documents they requested from mobile apps & that is all I have available to me at the moment. Lamest customer service I have ever encountered, other than the motel itself, which has no onsite management, but instead is run by some off-site property mngmt. company who never return calls. Also, the free wifi offered is 2G, which would time out my smartphone and laptop before ever getting an internet connection. Worse, my t-mobile cellular connection never went beyond 2G either until I walked a block or two from the hotel, so any hope of getting some work done was quashed for the entire week of my stay.

Review 36：Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Unfortunately, we booked online or we would have left at check - in when they demanded a substantial deposit. This was due to a recent remodel. It must have been done in 1978. The property was nowhere near nice enough to request a deposit. Most of the people staying there were monthly residents not hotel guests. Every time we went near the pool or office we were confronted by one of these "residents" who claimed he was the leader of the IRA .Among other things. Not pleasant at all. The pool only had two chairs for everyone. The room had no shampoo or toiletries. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or cups or condiments. The only things in the room were a towel and a bar of soap. The office closes and doesn't open until 10:00AM. We asked the next morning, and all of that stuff was supposed to be in the room. We were offered an apology. A fellow guest had the brand monikers on his expensive car ripped off during the night. All in all, a very strange and disappointing stay. Unless you like aggravation and frustration don't stay here.
