Review 1：the bed was like sleeping on a floor, think the floor would of been more comfortable TV didnt work but it was replaced, when showering the soap bubbles from shower came up through the floor think there is a drainage problem there

Review 3：Our particular bed was a little too firm for me and there is no fan in the bathroom so it gets warm and foggy after a shower, but soon clears up.
Review 4：Room was very clean, plenty of space so not cramped, has a table and chairs plus comfortable lounge to sit on, light and airy with big sliding door to allow fresh air from a veranda overlooking lush tropical surrounds of pool area. It also didn't smell of staleness or cleaning products as most motels do so felt fresh and clean. Quiet neighbourhood next door to Hogs Breath and across a side street to the Band Club, both excellent quality meals! Close walk to shopping centre with all facilities and not far from main shopping street. Excellent for a stay of a few days and closest motel to NSW State Records at Kingswood. Excellent!

The Bed was hard and uncomfortable, the bedside clock was not working, the whole room needs to be renovated. Will not stay there again..........

Review 23：This Motel is very well located to the Penrith area and close to places such as the Sydney Olympic Park just 1/2 hour drive. The parking is secure and there are great restaurants and entertainment venues close handy. The staff were very friendly and the bed linen pristine and clean.

Review 28：On the booking website there were no head writings about a 200$ fee for security reasons advising customers that have paid online.. However when we got there they asked for $200 and said that they have told me there was a charge when they HAVE NOT. So beware of this lie told, if you are booking a bedroom make sure to go with extra money in your pocket so these people don't trick you.
