Review 1：Place is to dark and cold, the bath tub look dirty and the bathroom over all needs to be remodel. Also my reservation include it the breakfast and it was very limited one bread, coffee or juice and fruit. I usually stay in hotels with breakfast included and they have more food choices.

Review 3：The outside of the front entrance can use a little work making it a little better looking other than that we love the hotel.

Review 4：The staff was very courteous, friendly and very attentive, not only providing excellent service but also bending over backwards to upgrade our reservation. To is that means a lot because not only were we satisfied but it means that we will recommend the hotel to our circle of friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!

Review 5：We didn't get both rooms adjacent until our second day of stay. Having to pack to relocate to another floor was not pleasant. Especially since we went from a top floor with view of city to a bottom room with view of parking lot!!!!

Review 13：Great location, less tjen 5 minutes away from the border taxi service on site, Rosarito beach is a 20 minute or less drive taxi will take you for about 20$ great casino, our room was awesome big and had a sofa bed as well. I've had the food its bomb but the casino has different food which really good but you have to eat it down in the casino I believe. One of my favorite hotels in Tj.

Review 19：the staff was extremely accommodating and the rooms and bed immaculate and comfortable. We were a bit too close to casino and it was a tad noisy but not horribly. Maybe stay up higher next time. No English speaking channels on tv nor could we order movies. Overall though I would highly recommend Pueblo Amigo.

Review 20：They tried to pull a fast one while returning my credit card voucher. Make sure if you leave your card on file you receive the full voucher booklet back.

Review 21：Expensive drinks at the bar. Wi-Fi signal constantly dropped out. Had difficulty making phone calls both on my cell phone and the phone in my room. Was very confused by the codes necessary to put in before dialing. Asked the front desk for help but didn't really get the answers I was looking for.

Review 22：The staff was friendly and helpful, almost everyone spoke English. The hotel in rooms were clean there's a small casino with video slot machines and a small sports book. Restaurant serving a breakfast buffet and a small bar in the casino. Plenty of taxi service right out front and a supermarket a three minute walk across the courtyard.

Review 23：The quality of wifi signal does not match quality of hotel and service. Even when in the lobby you can not get a signal. If having internet connection service is important to you , plan on working in a Starbucks.

Review 29：Booked a room with two queen beds for me and my friends, just so when we get there and want to check in they tell me that they could only give me a room with one bed, and to top if off they wanted to charge us for an additional bed and blankets because charging us for the wrong room wasn't enough! Never going back to them, don't recommend the place.

Review 33：I won money at your casino. Upon cashing out I was told that they would retain 5.3% for taxes. Unusual from other casinos I have visited through out the world. Rules are rules. However they proceeded to retain an additional 6% approximately. I could not get a satisfactory reason from the pay out cashier or the supervisor. I would be remiss to play at your casino again without clarification.

Review 41：Although the staff was friendly they were not very attentive. It took them almost there hours to get a bucket of ice sent to the room. They do not have any ice machines so you have to wait for them. The wifi is free but not secure and extremely slow and unpredictable. The couch I'd s joke, it looks new and probaby but it is one of the cheapesr, loudest couches I have ever sat on.

Review 42：The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The bathrooms were well stocked and had extras like a toothbrush, sewing kit and other small items like this. I didn't use them but it is nice to have if you forget them.

Review 45：Room with connecting door can be really noisy as you can hear the people on the other side. Its more of a party hotel due to casino and I should of thought of that since I was in town for a surgical procedure. There is no shopping plaza across the street, its mostly doctor's office's. Some rooms have no hair dryer. No mini fridge but I knew that.

However, once again they only had one elevator working, the reception desk folk seem to enjoy joking around with each other rather than attending to the guest and the room had a hard bed.

The cars were triple parked. The hotel was great, I had no problem with them. They need to organize the parking between the hotel and casino. Again the hotel was great.
