Review 1：The fitness centre is in a separate building and it is open from 8 a.m. only which did not fit to our daily program, it should be open from 7 a.m. We had to pay for the sunbeds at the beach. 4 stars grading is exaggeration.

Review 8：good position good sweaming pool whit sea whater food is realy ok, if you take half board you can eat bether then other restaurant. people are vary nice. good for relax. you can take hotel Slovenia, if Riviera do not have capacity, it is same situation.

Review 9：Reception staff: poor knowledge, less helpful, poor offers of extra activities (no special concierge). The poor lighting in the lobby during daytime makes it look scary, same goes for the lifts. Dim lights in hotel room as well. No one cleaned the ventilators in lifts and room for ages. Wifi works well, but requires a different code for each device - seems strange not to offer it with a single easy password for all in the vicinity. One must pay extra for a bath robe... Hotel seems to be run as a 3 star service, with otherwise exceptional service in the restaurant.

Review 10：Restaurant staff: not from this world, would deserve 5 stars, spot trouble before they happen. Immaculately clean Large pool area. Wifi works. Ample parking.

Breakfast: weak coffee and limited fruit offer, hospital - like atmosphere Architecture, in particular in the swimming pool area . Access to the beach , crossing a broad road.

Review 39：Great minus the hotel is that it is all paid, 10EUR internet, I think it is unacceptable in today's time and in such a hotel, then 6EUR bathrobe, parking lot, which is not expensive 3.5 euros per day, sauna 9EUR for 2 h, the 18EUR dinner, so that when all you get, the price-quality ratio is not satisfactory, and the customer no longer feel like a guest in a hotel of four stars. Very small rooms, and the lower class are from all over the hotel.

Review 41：Staff was rude. On the day of departure while we were still in bed someone literally broke into the room and wanted to see if we took anything from the mini bar. My wife screamed out of fear. I have traveled all around the world and never experienced something like this. And check-out already at 11am on Sunday, come on??? We also could not sleep because in the middle of the night there was a rainstorm with strong wind which started to pound the broken window bar against the window. So we had to call the reception in the middle of the night to fix the window bar. Also the shower was leaking and the bathroom was completely flooded each time we took shower.

Review 49：1) the hotel has a reserved beach, but the fare is not included (25 EUR/day per person) 2) the beach location is not at the top standard. I decided to move to Croatia for swimming 3) cleaning ladies used to wake me up at 8am every day by using vacuum cleaners in corridors. 4) the dinner time is rather limited for a 4 star hotel in particular in summer (19-21) 5) two times in three days the service personnel removed my dish before my meal was over. 6) Parking lots are unattended, outdoor and on the top of a hill. To reach the car, one might have to walk in the rain. 7) the gym was located in another hotel associated to Riviera but far away from it.

Review 63：We liked the place a lot. We went there to loos some weight and to have an active relax. We find everything we were looking for. The treatments and the diet was very efficient. I lost 6kg in 10 days. In the morning at 7:30 we had very good exercise at the beach in front of the hotel with a group of local activists using a method of a Russian scientist. The people and what they do is very helpful to be in good shape and fill well all day.

Review 64：One minor comment: The electric lights at the balkonies of all rooms were on during the whole night, to make a better view of the hotel from outside, seemingly without a possibility to switch them off , so that I had to shut curtains to sleep. I think this was not a good idea and waste of electricity.

Be aware that minibar in the room is part of the hotel service. So if you want to use the refrigerator instead of the minibar, you will be charge 5 Euro per day.

Review 79：In Slovenia hotel we were 3rd.and we want to do tradition from it every year,Halfboard meal is excelent,compared with 5stars in Singapur we were.Only diferent from Singapur hotel was natural wother no change basic servired to dinner!!!
