Review 1：We had a party of 4. Dishes/silverware, etc for only 3. Only had 3 pillows. After 1st person showered, it was ICE cold. Was told at check in he'd have to search for iron & hairdryer, never rcv'd. Not certain what we pd $40 addt'l per night for, at checkout she said for services. I had never seen this lady before to complain to. The guy was never in the office. I rang the bell one night and waited and no one ever came. Better off to stay in a hotel with free breakfast on the beach for Cheaper or at least the same price!!

Review 4：wifi in rooms was spotty. I had to walk out of room with laptop to office where router was located in order to reconnect, when lost connection. This happened almost every day. The cleaning staff was poor. The staff never cleaned room during few nights I was there. I had to request fresh towels after a couple of days of reuse. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 6：@ Capri, the neighborhood was sketchy, saw "fringe" types of people walking the streets upon my afternoon arrival. @ Lago Mar, even though we were within 2-3 blocks of quaint Downtown area, we were advised/warned not to walk there at night. There were boarded-up/fenced buildings and some dilapidated buildings in the area which did not make us feel safe and marred the experience. Decor of the apt was a total mish-mash of furnishings and fabrics, very old and old-fashioned and the materials on the sofa, bedspread and seating were dingy and did not make we want to sit on them. All one color would have been easier on the eyes and more cohesive. And please skip the artificial flowers! Although this was an apt with full kitchen, there was no kitchen towel or paper products or soap. The a/c filter was very dirty, the ceiling fan was very noisy and wobbly. The tile floor was sticky in the living areas was not cleaned well, our bare feet were black from walking on them. No ice machine in the complex. Old sponge was left in kitchen and all the glasses seemed rinsed, but not detergent-washed. These was one window unit a/c and birds were nesting on the outside of the unit, chirping wildly at dusk and then again all morning, creating for a very noisy atmosphere. Would suggest removing them. I realize it's high season in South Florida and demand is high, but the price for the apt seemed poor for the quality/lack of amenities, but somewhat fair for the size of the accommodations. At 20-30% less, I would not have felt cheated. The Lago Mar was pretty much vacant, a reduction in price might have also made this more appealing to other travelers.
Review 7：Staff and owners were very accommodating and flexible, allowed me to switch to their other property (Lago Mar) which was geographically closer in to center of town and farther out of the "questionable" neighborhood where Capri is in. They were also easy in allowing me to at last minute add a guest. Parking was free and ample. The complex and the room were, for the most part, very clean and landscaping was well kept, which made staying there at least bearable. Allowed for late check out. A/C cooled well and screened windows allowed for nice breeze Good wifi reception @ LagoMar and cable TV.

Review 34：The room needs major updating -- both lamp switches were broken, the pillows were very flat, the bed was too hard the Jalousie windows are from the 1950's, not a floor rug in sight, chipped paint through out the room. The clients were working tradesmen. I would not stay again.
