Review 1：The hotel is old, rundown and in need of maintenance. Our room was by the elevator and extremely noisy at all times of day/night. It was also rather dirty with a strong smell of cigarettes.

Review 9：5 mins walk from Beach front. Nice large balcony. Fish restaurant and little bar next door which in November is useful as there seemed to be few restaurants at night although plenty along the prom during the day. There was also a sushi restaurant in the hotel although we didn't try it Comfortable beds.

Review 10：Even though the breakfast wasn't amazing, for 30eur a night I couldn't wish better for a double room. Super clean, comfortable, close to the casino and easy to park the car.

Review 11：Just wished it had tea, coffee facilitates in the roomthey have a coffee shop but when we asked for a coffee they said it did not open till 6.30pm after a afternoon of sight seeing we was looking forward to a coffee before getting ready for the evening

Review 12：Good location,not far from the railway station trains ran frequent. Staff helpful when we asked for a early breakfast as I was doing the Lisbon marathon,they supplied a good selection.

Review 14：Great location for getting to Lisbon, 10 mins walk to station, 35 mins on train. Estoril is a very nice town. Hotel is 10 mins walk to beach and local restaurants are even closer. No noise from the casino across the street.

Review 16：Large, comfortable room with balcony facing the casino which is lit up at night with plenty of activity but no noise disturbance. Breakfast is basic but more than ample. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Not too far to walk to the promenade but uphill on the way back which may not suit all.

Review 17：lady at reception was gone for some time during check in, I booked double bed was given 2 single beds, corner room even though was an upgrade was really small. When I went to buy some water in reception as advertised on the wall 1 x bottle of sparkling water was 1 euro yet I was sent to the bar to pay and it was 2 x euros for a tiny bottle of sparkling water! On the departure 2 x guys were very friendly

Review 19：Breakfast was not exceptional. We got free wifi for only one device each, if we wanted to connect any extra devices we had to pay. Few hotel parking spaces available but it is possible to park in the same street for only one euro a day.

Review 28：Were do I start,we paid for a de luxe room which stated larger room seating area with sofa, fridge,carpeted or hardwood/parquet flooring.Our room had none of these.It was a small room.we had 2 desk type chairs which had been very shabbily covered.no fridge,cracked toiled system.bl,ocked sink. water would not go down full of hair,,wooden floorboardfs that were very badly scratched and lifted in places.wardrobe had no opener so very hard to get into,we did mention this on arrrival and someone put the door stopper of the floor and screwed into wardrobe.we did have a small rug.all furniture in a very poor scratched condition.I asked the 2nd day was this a de luxe room and was told yes it was.I still thought we had a raw deal so I did then complain that we had none of features advertised .A lady behind reception then came to view our room and agreed it was unacceptable and offered to move us to another room a few doors away from ours.This room was very nice much larger carpeted and decent furniture and we were told it ewas only a standard room so we never got to see what we paid for and never got any money back.

Review 35：It was not as warm inside as it should have been, we had to kept AC switched on during the whole night, but it is not a big problem. Wi-fi access was not free, that is a sort of a strange thing as you usally get free wi-fi in any hostel

For the price that we had all was perfect: friendly stuff, free parking area, quite a good breakfast included, big&clean room, AC, all needed items for comfortable staying. It was also a big plus that an extremely beautiful beaxbeach was in 5 mins walking.

Review 48：If you travel by car, it is a little bit difficult to park your car nearby without having to pay (around the casino almost everything is pay-and-display area). However, the hotel has some free parking space for clients, if you are lucky enought to get a spot.

Review 49：Well located, in front of the casino and five-ten minutes walking from Tamariz beach. There's lots of restaurants nearby, although we looked for a supermarket but couldn't find any. We booked a room for three people. It was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice, nothing fancy but satisfying. Also, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, it was a really nice stay.
