Review 1：Allowing the guests to smoke in the lobby area, since I am not a smoker passing by the lobby was very annoying because the smoke and the smell were very bad! I did not like it at all and I cant imagine how would it be if my little children were with me! I hope you allocate another area for the smokers to smoke away from the lobby were other nonsmokers have to pass by to there rooms.

Review 3：Fantastic Deluxe Rooms (spacious, excellent Design), free Parking, very good Food and Wi Fi, just a few steps to the centre of Zlatibor... Value for Money!

Review 4：Spa center could be bigger and better equipped, and since it is small-ish it needs to be booked in advance, which could be inconvenient if you are staying for the weekend( or shorter stays ), since it needs to be booked on site.

Review 5：The room was very big, and extremely comfortable! Even the mini bar prices were reasonable! The terrace was also decent size and if the weather was warmer, i could definitely see us having a glass of wine on the terrace. Hotel is in the center of Zlatibor, very convenient for hiking or riding bikes. And the breakfast - very Serbian like, with a lot of options that will definitely not leave you wanting more.

Review 6：Personnel not friendly. One evening I was having dinner and the waiter said as a guest of the hotel, the buffet was free. While I was eating the manager came to me and said that I had to pay, also in a very unfriendly way.

Review 11：Very nice place! We stayed there for a weekend and the hotel helped us arrange a river rafting trip to a nearby national park. We had initially booked a standard room, but upgrade to superior - it was all worth it!

Review 12：(1) This time there is no shower caps and paper roll in bathroom. (2) during breakfast, there is no free tables because the used ones were not cleaned promptly by the staff.

Review 20：Osoblje hotela katastrofa,nemaju nikog za prtljag,cistacica nam je iznosila stvari. Dosli smo.sa bebom i trazili krevetac,prilikom rezervacije,pri tom smo rezervisali najbolju sobu sa pogledom na jezero,krevetac nas nije sacekao,a soba je bila ledena. Hotel lepo izgleda,ali nema ko da ga vodi kako treba,sve je neorganizovano.

Review 22：For a 4*, hotel lacked basic amenities(robes&slippers in the room) and didn't replace nor clean drinking glasses. For a hotel such as this we would not expect to pay for using the sauna and jakuzzi, not to mention lack of refreshments while using wellness center such as water or tea. Also it would be good to use gym from the morning but they open from 2pm???!!!??? Breakfast could have been better with more variaties. I would like the hotel to take these comments on board not as criticism but to improve staff and facilities and provide guests with the expected basics.

Review 24：Reconstruction work right in front of building started at 6.45,which was quite embarassing and unpleasant. Our deluxe room windows faced the reconstruction area,which I can understand,but dont understand why I must wake up around 7,moreover,they were gone by 15.00 Personal at the reception is quite indifferent and careless.

Review 26：I booked standard double room at first because I couldn't find a big difference from pictures here, between "standard double" and "double" room. But when I was there, there were a lot. The most pictures you can see here are just from new building(an annex). When I was walking to my room, I felt like I was completely deceived; the elevator was outdated, hall way was dark, narrow and shabby. And I couldn't even breathe in the room because of a heavy, disgusting smell. Rooms might be renovated but they were not like pictures at all and a modern interior didn't match the old building. In the end I paid the extra cost and stayed double room in the new building. I didn't like I felt they posted just beautiful pictures of new building intentionally and make people are under the impression that the entire hotel are modern and nice. They should inform it that they have an annex and which types of room are in there.

Review 56：Contrary to what is advertised, this hotel has no swimming pool! Thereis an outdoor swimming pool at hotel Olimp, which is a few minutes walk,and has to been paid for separately. Exterior of the hotel, elevators,and many floors with rooms could use some serious renovation. Further,the rooms are quite noisy, you can hear almost everything that'shappening on your floor.

Review 57：Some parts of the hotel (including the lobby and our room in thebusiness wing) are recently renovated and look great. Staff isgenerally friendly. Location is on some sort of holiday park forfamilies and sports teams; with a recrearional lake, a large mainsquare, all kinds of shops and restaurants, and a few hotels. We werehere in August and overall we liked the hotel and location, but werealso happy to travel on later.
