Review 1：Our bell boy fernando was the best, very helpful from the minute we got there until we left. The food at the buffet was delicious. And the servers made it even better

Review 2：I didn't like the fact the my confirmation email stated we could have breakfast for $15 US dollars and the Hotel didn't honor it. Instead we had to pay the equivalent of $21+. There's a disconnect somewhere. Please look into this booking.com.

Review 8：Located near Michelin star restaurant Mision 19 ... walking distance. This is why we chose the Lucerna. We will definitely return ... to both! The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and Happy hour on their VIP 5th floor - definitely purchase your room with these amenities in mind. Work out room is very small, pool is "family" oriented, bar is nice, and on -premise restaurant also good. Service is very good here, staff extremely knowledgable and accommodating.

Review 14：We really enjoyed our stay at Hoel Lucerne. Everything about it was terrific. The staff was especially kind and the concierge directed us to some interesting places: Hidalgo market, cultural museum, restaurants, etc. If we stayed more than one night, we could have seen more. We stayed in the fifth floor and enjoyed our breakfast area and happy hour. And for those of you who haven't visited the area, we felt totally safe and the city was clean. We took the trolley from San Duegi to the border, walked across it and took a cab to the hotel. Everyone we've talked to has been surprised that we went and that we enjoyed the visit. So glad we decided to spend a night in Tijuana and this hotel is located in a very nice area.

Review 15：There was a confusion when it came to being in the select floor. Breakfast is complimentary if your room is on the 5th select floor, but only if you eat it in the 5th floor lounge. So don't fill out the breakfast voucher left to hang on the door, you will be charged.

Review 30：The location is great, the facilities and staff are top of the line. Lucerna has spacious rooms, a pleasant bar and restaurant. There are several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. There are always cabs and if you bring your own car, parking is plentiful and safe.
