Review 1：It's a very "American" format: you feel more to be in an entertainment park rather than at the seaside (trains to move around buildings, every sort of entertaining activities, casino, ...). If you look for a truly mexican experience then this may not be the ideal solution.
Review 2：They pay much attention to customer experience and the result is that you can have litterally everything you may want. Staff is very helpful and kind and services are excellent. Ideal for families with children
Review 3：Christmas eve was a poor buffet and it was forced to be taken as one of the 3 special dinner but it wasn't. Although they gave us an extra one when we complained.

Review 5：Lack of servers to take drink orders in dining hall. Lack of AC in theatre. They turn off the lights outside your room and stairwells leading to your floor after 11pm. Lots of floating garbage at the beach. Welcome staff who offer "free welcome gift" but really is it to lure you into a several hour sales pitch to join their "privilege club"
Review 6：Variety of evening shows. The kids pool area entertained the kids for hours. Friendly staff.
Review 7：The room was very very stuffy and dark in spite of was it 1st floor not on ground floor.

Review 9：Beware, the only wifi is in the lobby and only free for 1 hour. The staff is rude and the food is marginal. It is not beach front and cats drive by and don't stop only pick you up if they want to. I would have stayed so where else if I could have gotten a refund.
Review 10：I didn't like Mt check-in experience and the fact that I had to room change due to a smell in the first room and distance from everything. I was also upset that my second room was infested with ants. I called the front desk staff twice and finally got some one to spray on the second day, after being bitten all over my legs and ankles. The food was mediocre and the staff at the buffet wasn't that friendly.
Review 11：I really enjoyed the activities and wildlife The Bahia had to offer. The pools were amazing and everyone had a great time there. I also enjoyed all the staff at the bars and the night entertainment.
Review 12：The bedroom that I was stationed had a water leakage in the ceiling and this caused a bad smell in the room. The bed is not the most comfortable also, but it is satisfatory.
Review 13：The food is good, the employees are very nice, the pool is awesome, the hotel is very close of many atractions like xelha, xcaret, Tulum Ruins, coba ruins, sea shore excursions, and many cenotes.
