Review 1：Quite a distance into city center. No restaurant so have to plan other meals than breakfast to leave hotel. Staff not always available and front desk completely closed at night.
Review 2：pleasant small hotel in quiet section away from city center. Breakfast was ok. Very reasonable room rate.
Review 3：IT was difficult to find, and the reception closed already 0900 0'clock in the evening.

Review 7：I think there should have been a restaurant so you could eat in the hotel in the evenings. Most places nearby were closed at 10pm and some nights we were late getting in and had to travel a distance to get anything to eat. Hot breakfast would of been nice also !

Review 9：No elevator. There were only 8 steps up to the floor/room and I had a very heavy bag. Not an issue for younger people, but I am in my 60's and I needed help.

Review 24：- The coffee/tea was advertized to be free, but it was available at a coffee automat for a price.- The Swedish hotel personnel does not make the upper bunk beds (too dangerous or nasty job?) - so this job is left to the paying customer!

Review 30：The lower bunk beds weren't made due to some strange regulation, so we had to fix this when we arrived late with tired kids. Also no bed lamps for the bunk beds, not very cosy, and the kids too want to read a bit before they go to sleep...Strange noisy ventilation pipe coming through the kids room. I managed to turn it off though...
Review 31：Easy car access and parking. Nice hard-to-find big family room for us, traveling with three kids, also a small kitchen in this room, which was more like a small flat. Decent breakfast. Good location on half way to the mountains. No big problems

Review 33：The Superior Family room was spacious with a seperate bedroom with 2 bunk beds for the 3 kids, there was also a dining table and small kitchenette
Review 34：We really enjoyed our stay in Kristinehamn for the swedish rally. Our room was quite nice and comfortable, as well as we were given acces to the WLAN-network immediately. The hotel itself is quite beside the highway to Karlstad/Mariestad, but far away enough to not hear any noise. During the period of swedish rally breakfast was given very early so we were able to start the day on the first super special, but having breakfast before. In the evening we had the chance to compete in billiard and table soccer. The ladies from the reception were very nice and friendly and were able to answer any question we had. Additionally they gave us a good link to restaurant in Kristinehamn, which was really great. Thank you very much for the really nice stay in Kristinehamn.
