Review 1：the parking was limited. If you couldnt get parked you had to pay for parking .
Review 2：The location was right in town center..Ideal for shopping and pulic transport.

Review 7：I felt misguided by the offer on booking.com and didnt realise there is 3 different sites to Dom Fernando, be sure you don't book 'Dom Fernando 1' believe me you can get much better for your money! however the same hotel across the pavement (which we demanded to upgrade to) offers really nice rooms with sun soaked terrace all day and is right in the centre and is quiet late at night, would stay again.

Review 20：Nice staff, perfect room on a perfect location in the centre of Loule, especially a good spot during the Festival MED: the hotel is within the festival boundaries! Absolute value for money: even during the festival only 27 Euro's for 2 people.
Review 21：There should be better arrangements with the organisation of the festival, e.g. I could not enter before 7pm in festival days (the security of the festival didn't allow) and I was not informed about this - if the hotel is inside the festival's premises, the hotel guests need to be allowed to go to the hotel at any time.
Review 22：I stayed in the hotel during the MedFest (music festival) - this is the "highest season" possible in Loulé and the hotel didn't take advantage of this to raise the price. The hotel is inside the festival's perimeter, a true luxury, since I was e.g. 1 minute from every concert and surprisingly I could sleep well (i.e. no major noise from the festival). People were very nice and I found the price really good, the room was clean, so it's great value for money.
