Review 1：Free only pool at the spa, They dont have things like slippers, toothbrush and some other things that should exist in every hotel.

Review 3：Stuff was really nice and extremly polite which I loved the most. Location of the property couldn't be better. Spa center is renovated and perfect for relaxation after either activity or business day. My warm recommendation.

Review 5：Signs of wear noticeable on most of the wooden parts (doors, night tables, halls, closet), shower cabin. Paint job is a bit overdue. Old sheets. Very old towels (clean). Temperature of the water in all pools was significantly under advertised 34C in small ones and 29 in big pool. Actually it was 31C and 27C (I didnt care that much, but rest of guest were cold all the time). Mini fridge was so loud during the night that it woke me up frequently.

Review 6：Ample space in the closet. Lots of open shelves, closed ones, big table. Similar in the bathroom. You really wont miss space to put anything big or small. Decent 720p Sony TV with few English channels (discovery, national geographic, Euro News) some local, but missing all major Serbian stations (RTS1, RTS2, B92, Prva). Good heating. Decent size swimming pool. Three saunas (Finnish, hamam, third I didnt use). Spa center overall top notch in organisation, dressing rooms, electronic keys.

Review 7：The room for that price was not impressive. The carpet and walls had stains and the breakfest was not fresh, you could see some ingredients were reused from the night before. The half board for 2 nights is OK. But not worth that amount of money. Don't go unless your company or organization pays. There are better quality hotels in area for much cheaper prices with a pool/spa.

Review 9：The room was very cold (18C!),heating didn't work and on my second request only, very kind service staff tried to fix it but finally they provided me additional heater. The food - quite average. It was ugly to see that the floor in the hallway between the elevator and rooms was covered with some kind of towels (??), it looked like the whole hotel leaks. WI-FI unstable. The closest power plug was few meters away from the bed. SPA is nice (staff is very kind) but the procedure still too official. There are some improvements since my last stay few years ago but still overpriced.

Review 10：My second stay and this time I stayed in newest rooms. The room was spacious and clean.Most of the staff kind. Parking is fine.

Review 13：The Spa, the restaurant (not buffet) on the ground floor, the bed. It was a nice stop during our trip from Montegro to Belgrade. We had time to relax at the Spa after a long drive (serbian roads are not always easy...).

Review 14：The staff cannot deal with problems. Swimming pool was available for kids only until 6 p.m. This I understand, owner's decision. However, there was no information about it on booking.com, on the mobile version of the hotel page and in the in-room information package. Instead of apologise and offer a small incentive, the reception team wanted to show me that this information can be found somewhere. The owner should spend some money for training of the staff.

Review 16：Access with the stroller and the small babies is very difficult, garbage around hotel and very dangerous for the kids, open canalisation holes, food poisoning, very small rooms, bathroom is very old, lights not working in the room, definetely not worth 4 stars.

Review 23：Not a lot of information was given at checkin about the restaurants, and spa. The pool closes for kids at 6pm, which is unheard of. The place was a little on the epensive side for Serbia.

Review 34：Our recent visit to the hotel was extremely disappointing. It was -3 degrees outside and the heating in our room wasn't working, just blowing out cold air at 18 degrees. When we complained to the reception they hardly offered any assistance only to move us to another room that wasn't the same standard not to mention heating not working in there either! We were transferred back to our original room and provided with an oil heater that worked for few hours only to pack up and stop working during the night. Next morning we complained once again to staff/management they did not offer a single word of an apology only to be offered lunch in the hotel but we stood our ground and refused to pay th full amount. For a 4* hotel that was very poor on their behalf. Breakfast was poor and staff really were unprofessional, it felt they were doing us a favour being there! I would strongly urge all staff indulging senior management to attend hospitality and management course, which is standard one running an international hotel

Review 36：Exceptional stay! The staff, service, food and wellness centre was outstanding. Beautiful little spot, hidden in the mountains with a nice lake, little shops and restaurants. Lots of areas for walking, hiking and arranging special tours made the whole trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing.

Review 110：Work needed tO insulate the rooms better since you can hear every wordspoken in the other room, and I'm sure we upset some guests with ourbaby! :( I believe the modern restaurant, bar and reception arestunning, but the rooms adequate. The lcd screen and furniture andmattress are good, but to consider a small change in decor, bedspreads,pillows, curtains, carpet could allow it to be even more stunning , butI'm sure that many people are ok with the rooms.

Review 111：We stayed here for one week. Every breakfast was amazing and the dinnersto die for. The quality of food, clenliness and constant refill, therewas never a time even up to the last minute when the buffet closes thefood was full and the staff fid not rush to take it away!The staff were extremely well mannered, and attended to everything! As well as the room service and cleaning ladies! It was the first time I experienced something like this, and I have been to many destinations as an all inclusive. We will be returning over the summer for sure, best value for money!
