Review 1：In apartment like this you would expect 2 bathrooms with at least oneshower, insted you get only one bathroom with a bath and a toilet. Alsowhen we stayed there was a car race going through Mysliwska street.Noone informed us that the whole are will be blocked and we won't beable to get in or out of our accomodation. I can't believe I'venever received any info from the offices. Whole area was shut for around6-7 hours and we couldn't go back untill late.
Review 2：Very nice location, quiet and peacefull. Must have a car otherwiseimpossible to move around. Very nice apartment, loads and loads of spacefor 3 people. Very friendly Staff.
Review 3：- Staff on the ground does speak polish only (why they don't have a list of frequently asked questions in allo common languages?) - Apartment was not ready by 3 pm due to high season - no toilet paper (one should know, luckily we've been prepared) - TV not receiving any channels

Review 8：Wonderful location, just few steps from two skiing slopes, ski and snowboard rental places and skiing school for children (and adults). City center is very close (15 min by foot, 2 min by car). Small play ground for children. No problem with arrival hour (keys at the guard house) and parking space. Staff very helpful. Great, spacious rest&play area on the second floor allow parents to relax on the first floor (living&cuisine). Highly recommended for 1 or 2 families (up to 8 people) wishing to have fun toghether.
Review 9：- Staff don't speak englisch, german or russian. Only few words! Very poor- the adress is wrong! correct: Myśliwska 4, NOT 24! we spend about a hour to find the right lcoation, because in the neighbourhood no one knows where "sun and snow" is located. - no wood is available for chimney in summer/autumn. - if you book via booking.com you don't receive any apartment-number. but you need this at reservation. in my case the bodyguard had only my firstname written on his old papersheet (no surname,only first name). that's crazy

Review 11：I truly don't like the idea of driving anywhere to pick up the keys. And won't recommend it to the travellers without a car and with children. It's located high in the mountains and walking around with stroller is quite a challenge.
Review 12：The apartments are new and clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen. The view from the window is also good. There's a small playground on territory.
Review 13：We stayed at Sun&Snow during the long weekend in May. It was great, we were really surprised, I think it was the first time that the photos were in fact showing reality! The design, comfort are really nice! Maybe it's not in the center of the city, but it's like 10 minutes on footfrom the main street. We arrived late at night (no problem with keys etc.), there was no problem with the dog. We were also able to stay longer in the same apartment for lower price, beacuse my dog had an accident and stayed in hospital. The ladies from Sun&Snow were really understanding and genuinely worried about my dog (he's ok now by the way but mind the drivers in Karpacz!!). Thanks a lot! I defenitely recommend this place!!
Review 14：As expected, this place has the Highest Standard compared to others inthe same price range! Scandinavian style apartments that are wellequipped with all necessities that one might need during the stay!Second time visiting Sun and Snow, last time we were in Międzyzdrojewhere the appartments were Excellent as well!Climate control! ++++++++++ Worth every penny!
Review 15：Stuff, reception not easy to find, closed in the afternoon and non-english speaking.
