Review 1：On my confirmation didn't say anything about extra charge for my 9yr old and my 11yr old and they charged me extra when I checked-in.
Review 2：Location and view from my suite was beautiful.
Review 3：Original beds were rock hard.....like, concrete, as noted by others . We asked for new beds and they obliged. Perfect. I suggested they change them all. No glasses or fridge in the room......that would be nice

Review 7：The beds were thin and stiff, that was the worst part. The bathroom could use some updating, but aside from the older facilities, the room was clean. Internet was spotty and only worked on one of three devices we brought.
Review 8：Location here was key. They have a nice pool area and patio with chairs and tables that overlooks the beach - with a staircase right to the beach w some great lounge chairs for guests! That was the best part. Also room was spacious and location was quieter than right in town, but a nice short walk to the central part of town.

Review 10：Beach! This is a beautiful stretch of beach and they have lounger and umbrellas and a nice pool and patio overlooking the ocean and beach. It was a close walk to restaurants and the town square.

Review 15：The beds were and pillows were very hard. Disappointed there was no fridge. We did get a cooler that we had to put ice in every day. Got a coffee pot second day we were ther as someone left and we got theirs. Had to ask for glasses and coffee cups which were supplied.

Review 17：Wifi signal was too weak in our room and we couldn't access the internet from it (we were on a third floor). They could also improve the state of conservation of their beach access gate.
Review 18：Clean room, nice ocean view. Hotel is located about 4 or 5 blocks away from downtown Bucerias, about the same distance from the bus station and two blocks away from a bus stop. Our room had a fridge, a microwave oven, tv, a mini split and a balcony with ocean view. Pool was clean too.

Review 28：Spacious bungalows right on the bay. An uncrowded beach with very few vendors. Many restaurants on the beach within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Other guests -- very friendly. Fairly thorough housekeeping.
Review 29：Bait and Switch. Two bedroom apt advertised on Booking.com for approx. $680 CAD that opened onto the pool that was advertised does not exist. When we arrived we were shown a very dark and dingy two bed apt that was across the street behind the laundramat and did not have access to any pool. We were told that the two bedroom apts that opened to the main pool cost approx $1000 for the week. There were other one bedroom apts that opened onto a small pool across the street with no ocean view. The furnishings were very basic and the kitchen could have been better equipped.

Review 32：We liked the covered areas by both pools. It was nice to have a heated and unheated pool . The breezeway between floors in the condo units was a great place to sit and catch the breezes. An ocean front room was enjoyable.
