Review 1：Very noisy. Room was shabby, carpets worn, light fittings not working. Drapes were ill fitting so outside lights shone in all night. In urgent need of refurbishment.

Review 3：It was totally uncomfortable and the rooms smelt bad and were dirty. There was a row of 5 dirty laundry bags - packed to the max just past reception at 8pm in the evening. There was an awful stench walking down the hall towards the accommodation. It was very uncomfortable and dirty. The state of the place is extremely poor. Light switches, doors and walls were filthy. The garden area was full of weeds and the pond / water ways were dried up completely!! LOL!!! I cannot possibly even give this place a rating as the building is in an extremely bad state!
Review 4：The Duty Manager was awesome and very hospitable! Staff under the DM were pleasant and accommodating. Very nice staff!! Please just upgrade the entire building! :)

Review 7：The whole place is very tired looking and appears to be going thru renovations as there was scaffolding in some areas. Our room had a hole in the wall. Didnt have reading lights over both beds and no free wi fi. The wi fi was very expensive at $2 for 20 minutes
