Review 1：Cleanliness, really really dirty, oily everywhere, I think they never clean the bed sheets, smell is bad, we ever found a lots of hair on it. Hot tub is not working, splitted a room in the middle to 2 used a temporary wall without separated door and privacy, being 7 bedroom... missed light bulbs, fans not working, TV is broken and really old school,

Review 5：The property owners were helpful and polite. We had to resort to calling them from time to time, which ought to be unnecessary. Orlando Vacation Rentals were simply poor!

Review 6：The arrangements made for us were extremely sloppy and poor. information on our property was never made to us. It was simply frustrating and sordid. We wanted a place in Kissimmee Florida but we were given a place in Davenport, Florida.

Review 7：Worn down home. The sheets and carpets were unclean. We had bed bites on our first night. Had to clean all the linen. No basic necessaties except for two small bars of soap. The toilet handle, a tile and some blinds were broken.

Review 10：The house is very comfortable, the rooms are nice, pool maintenance and lawn is very well regarded. House cleaning is also very good. Bed linen and towels in sufficient quantity and clean. I never met the hostess, but contact via whatsapp was very fast and friendly. I intend to return to Kissimmee and rent, if possible, the same house.

Review 11：The beds were hard. We rented the place because of the pool. We were not able to use it at all.it didn't look clean, even though the owners said it was. There were several ants on the counter and by the microwave and along the sidewalk in the entrance, they did come out to take care of them. But they came back.

Review 34：Sunshine orlando's rental property was filthy, broken dinning room chairs.The beds are extremely small and uncomfortable and the linen was dirty, my grandmother even fell off of the bed and woke up with cramps. The pool was dirty, green full of bacteria and pollen. The pump was not functioning so the water was still. The staff was disrespectful, very cut throat. They refused to help accommodate my family. The young lady by the name of Katie and her supervisor kicked my mother and I out like dogs when we went to their office after our phone calls and emails were ignored. The management company never showed up to repair the broken chairs and the pool. They refused to relocate us or reimburse what we paid. This was the first vacation for us in years and it went wrong from day 1, due to this rental property.

Review 35：Luckily the property was located at the Encantada resort, the people there are great! The amendities at the resort are wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation a great one.

Review 36：Overall property management very slow in replying our calls/emails. We had to email them the day we were traveling, as we had still not received information of the property and directions. Property is good but needs some extra cleaning/new items. Carpets were stained, as well as sheets and towels. They were not dirty, as we washed them with our laundry and it did not come out. Some of the bed covers needed a wash. The kitchen could be better equipped, for example with plastic containers and oven dishes. We wanted to bake something in the oven and were unable to find any suitable ovenproof dishes. Any of the knives were sharpened, we ended up buying a small one ourselves.

Review 37：Very conveniently located, close to parks and other attractions, very big and spacious. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable, good bedrooms with plenty of storage space.

Review 38：The pool wasn't very clean. Some of the facilities were old and dirty. Under the sink wasn't very clean. We found a cockroach in our last day. Carpet was dirty in the livingroom. Sprinklers came on through the day and soaked you if you were lying by the pool! Generally, the place was just a bit tired. The website advert was quite misleading in regard to location of the house. Next time I would book nearer to Kissimmee!

Review 45：Our vacation home was in a quiet, gated community. The home itself had 4 BR and 4 bathrooms, which was more than enough room for our family of five. The screened in private pool was a big hit with the kids! Very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend! Katie in the office is great! Email is the best way to contact them.

Review 48：The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. We had a beautiful week so it was ok for the most part. But at night the water was pretty cold. Also, there were tv's in each bedroom and the living room. But one was not connected to anything and one other one got terrible reception. The game room was fun - but the air hockey table wasn't safe to even touch. We didn't use it because I was afraid the kids were going to break it just by touching it. And I was a little weirded out that there were massive amounts of family photos in pretty much every room. Not just one or two here and there - but a LOT of them.

Review 49：This is the first time we have ever rented a house when we vacationed. We all loved it! We were able to enjoy being together without all being on top of each other. It was nice having our own pool. The house was beautiful and we didn't have to spend so much on meals out because we could cook in sometimes.

Review 50：The only downfall was that the Wi-Fi password was wrong in the book and the management had to be notified to repair. Simple fix, took about 5 minutes and we were connected.

Review 52：Air conditioner preset and locked at 76 degress too hot! Heat at 70 degrees was too low! 72 degrees as a low for air, and heat would be good. I was not comfortable at all.

Review 55：Going down a list - everything is really outdated, the house doesn't look anything like in the pictures which has a garage play room and spa. Old funky furniture, only cracked pan and a dirty pot and baking pan - not a basic stocked kitchen. Front burner didn't work on the stove and sparked when adjusted. Backyard is non-existent with grimy pool and mold covering the fence. The location is out in what is clearly a failed development.

I would expect that the cleaning crew locate key items prior to the next rental. All of the beds were uncomfortable and rattled with every move.

Insects covering some areas in the facility. I made my reservation with WiFi service to be included in the house, unfortunately there was no WiFi service and the staff didn't solve this issue. And they told me "Its Booking.com problem!" Management sent me rude emails (related to the WiFi issue). They are not organized.

No one answers the phone when you call and you may get a call back and then again maybe not the home had only three direct tv boxes therefore no tv in kids room and no working DVD player. The beds were cheap not comfortable to sleep for such a nice home our stay was good but we felt very over looked and un acknowledged. Will not repeat this trip with this company again.It wasn't bad but could have been so much better.

Review 103：Walked in to sticky foyer and hall. Pool was green and un-swimable for 2.5 days until pool guy came on Monday, carpets dirty, towels were left in dryer smelled like mildew, dirty towels left folded above dryer, dirty dishes and utensils put away, dried blood on a padded bench in livingroom. I had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, mop, floor cleaner. I had to pay $125 cleaning fee in part of all the rental fees. Grass in yard was tall, air conditioner in house kept upstairs really cold while downstairs was hot.

Review 107：The pool filtration system came on for an hour every morning and did not work the rest of the day; so the pool was pretty unusable all day. The smoke detector malfunctioned from Friday afternoon until we could not stand it and we finally gave up & left on Monday morning. The game room..hahah...unusable in a hot garage. A very very used table was not worth the effort. The AC ran out of freon gas and we spent a miserable Wednesday and Thursday wallowing in 85* heat....not fun. The bottom line all these issues were reported to the management company on the ground with very little or no remedies. When I complained about the pool filter the young lady had the audacity to ask "...have you never spent a day at the ocean/beach... It's the same thing!!" I dont spend $1,500 to go to the beach.

Review 108：did not get lock code or address to the place until 24 hours before arrival . the staff were unreachable i emailed,i called nothing i had to call booking.com to get a response. ,very uncomfortable bed,dirty towels ,bed sheets were stain,closet doors weren't attach to the closet just leaning on the wall,stains all on carpet ,house had a very sour smell upon arrive.bathrooms were not cleaned.cable was only on tv in living-room. i will never stay with this place ever again !!!

Would also like to be made aware during original booking about the deposit required for accidentals ($300)..

Review 127：Information regarding the actual property, ie address, was not sent until we enroute to the USA, which meant that we didn't know where our villa was located. I didn't know that the address that I had was a central location only. They should know to inform everyone that is going there, especially for the first time. I won't get caught out again.

There was no game room the game table was broken. The clean people said they was livening the house before we got there they had a party the nite before.
