Review 1：I did not give a rating to "staff" because I came across two different receptionists whose rating was a big difference. The first one was cool, not helpful, and did not try any effort to understand the need or request of guests like me who cannot understand Russian. The second younger receptionist was very helpful & efficient. She asked another staff to show me how to get to a police station to register; found from Internet to get me a hotel in another city; & called to that hotel to book it for me, & arranged for hotel pick-up. Thank you to that young receptionist & the mail staff who assisted me
Review 2：It is a relic from the Soviet Union - both as furniture and service. The staff was not rude but neither were they friendly - they simply did their job and did not care. The rooms and corridors need renovation.
Review 3：It was cheap. The bed was hard but I slept well. There is a parking outside.
Review 4：no wi-fi, no room service, reception and waitress are rude and not helpful! No English-channel TV, no internet! Food in cafe is tough and not healthy! Too much fat and calories! Ventilation is cafe is not working!
