Review 1：We were given a room as far from the beach as possible backing onto the highway, even though we had booked months in advance. The room was dismal, a tiny window with a view of another row of dismal rooms and the wifi only existed if you sat in the hotel reception area. The rooms on the beach and pool looked like they might have been nice.
Review 2：Walking distance to the centre of town but far enough away to be quiet.
Review 3：The pictures on the website show a beachfront hotel, but most of the rooms are across the street from the beach; where it is hot and there is no breeze or view. Don't opt for the cheapest rooms. No view of anything and not particularly nice, not really cheap either. No shared balcony as advertised.
Review 4：The beach here is great and it is in a nice location. The Jr. Suite was nice with a little balcony and a view of the water between the bungalows. The bungalows are on the water and look very nice.
Review 5：The room was ok but the smell from the sewer was horrible, I can't change my room because nobody helps after 10 o'clock, only the security guy was there to tell me that nobody can helps me...the worst nigh ever...tired, noise air conditioning and horrible smell. I'm sure the ninja turtles house smells better. Next morning I move to other hotel in Puerto Vallarta, better, cheaper and fresh! They refuse to give me my money back...

Review 8：The beds! The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing in the entire world, the fridge in the room was so noisy, we had to unplug it. And at the end of your stay, you will get charged whatever rate you were told PLUS taxes PLUS this PLUS that, at the national exchange rate they guess that day.
Review 9：Good location, right in the middle of the Riviera Nayarit, a short stroll into town, 2 min walk from the bus stop to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita... Very friendly and helpful staff, WiFi, very quiet place and nice -swimming- beaches.

Review 11：That this is a family business. The hotel was very clean. I had a small problem with ants into first room and the management cleaned it up and gave me another room. So sweet. Thanks. It was a wonderful time.
Review 12：The rooms set up for 2 people are small and dark and in the back of the complex, larger rooms for 6 or more are great with views and balconies. But if you are a couple you are stuck in the bad rooms where you can't access wifi.

Review 14：I didnt like that they didnt have staff on had 24-hours. We got lockedout of our room at night and not even the security guard had access toextra keys. Also, we had to leave early in the morning to catch ourflight and the security guard told us we had to wait until 8 am. That wecould not leave until we checked out. He refused to take our key.
