Review 1：Airport shuttle not available which was stated on the website during my booking. Bedroom was full of the smell of cigarettes smoking (I was un able to sleep) although I have requested a non smoking room

Review 4：The staff has tried to provide you room lower category than you booked. I was insisting, at the end I had to change 4 times room and got upgrade. The room was ok, but without any beverage( like you have coffee machine, but no coffee and water). You need to request and demanding to have it.

Review 10：No Sauna. The Turkish bath is $20 a visit! Don't take the taxis in front of the hotel. Walk 2 min to the main street and stop one of the many taxis there. Hotel taxis will rip you off!

Review 21：Wireless was bad (gets disconnected so frequently) I DID NOT Get the room I booked and paid for!!!! They said they did not receive booking.com booking early enough and gave me room with city view instead of lake view. When I asked lake view they gave me one not as booked which should be deluxe room with big balcony. When I complained the answer was this is all we have for you!!!

For those traveling for the first time if you are planning to hire taxi from airport to hotel, then better bargain with the taxi driver, and try to pay by meter. Or if not by meter then pay not more than 5-7 Tunisian Dinars. Else The taxi driver would ask for 20-30 Dinars.

The housekeeping staff does their job without fail. Room service is quick. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. ATM, Supermarkets, and Restaurants are nearby.
