Review 1：I lost over half of hour looking for this hotel using 2 different navigations. Low frequency noises in the part of the hotel. Not nice smell in the room.

Review 2：This time we stayed in room 109 which is looking somewhat tired, whatreally was annoying was the noise created in the corridors by a party ofyoung students who were attending some course. Noisy and loud not thetype of guests that added value to our stay. Coffee served luke warm atbreakfast, only a minor point but the coffee the staff served tothemselves as steaming ! Still we will be back so cant be that bad.

Review 3：Always great value for money and a welcome stop for us and Dogs whentravelling from uk to Bulgaria and back.

Review 12：Despite the room being anon smoking room it was evident that the rules had been ignored by a previous guest. Not the Hotels fault just lack of respect from said previous guest.

Review 13：Having stayed here previously when traveling between UK and Bulgaria with our Dogs we know the Hotel and surrounding woods well. Location and generous and pet friendly rooms are fantastic value for money. As always the lady on reception during our check in and departure could not have been more helpful and even changed our room to better suit our Dogs, excellent service here so thank you. Wi Fi ran perfectly and was as quick as we needed. You'll have to go along way to better the outstanding value for money offered here. highly recommended.

Review 14：There are still some repairs to be done to the room walls and in the bathroom (for the room we stayed in, at least) and the air con should be functional even if it's not hot outside. This is not a minus point, but the road to the property goes through a patch of wood, so it's not advisable to go on foot at night.

Review 35：The location is fabulous - in a forest away from the city centre. The staff is extremely helpful: there was a wedding party on the ground floor, and they did not hesitate to offer a choice of rooms. There is a large enough car park, and they even let us park our motorbikes in the courtyard! The restaurant service is fast, and the food is very good - go ahead and order some traditional dishes, you won't regret. The breakfast is a bit on the smaller side, but the coffee is decent and strong. All in all, we loved it, and would like to come back again for sure!

Review 37：I stayed in room 104. The room was big and had a nice view of the forest. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Big bathroom with a big tub. Big TV with a lot of channels to choose from. The food at the restaurant was quite good. I can't wait to go back there again!

Review 38：The wifi signal was pretty low in the room we stayed, though they have access points all over the place. The bathroom has a big bathtub, but it could use a shower curtain as well, otherwise you're going to splash water all over the floor.

There are events during the weekend like weddings and parties, but the staff was nice and gave us a room with the view towards the forest, so we didn't have any troubles sleeping. Keep this in mind especially if you're going on a Saturday.

Review 40：Very rude waiters! For dinner they put all the order on the table, appetizer, main course, everything. You have the impression they are pressed to kick you out! For breakfast, the waiters are smoking all around a table, near clients, and you think you disturb them asking something like breakfast you paid for...I insist every week, with some foreigners, during a month to stay here. No improvement. Shall I insist to go again? Maybe this will help to improve those things.

Restaurant with nice location but with waiters rude or unprofessional. A women has been not able to notice we are there. We change the table and we order an appetizer and a main course. The waiter put everything on the table, same time! Never seen in Romania! The breakfast is OK but the place looks very poor. Same rude waiters organize morning meetings with coffee. You think they are there by mistake. Some of them maybe don't like to be there...

Review 99：Very,very nice hotel ,located in a forest but it's easy to get in! Good and big room, beautiful view. Some nice dinning rooms! Breakfast in the garden! One of the dinning room has fireplace. All the public toilets are clean and with good design! And I was lucky that I enjoyed a concert in that night ,felt good atmosphere! I will go again with my family!

Review 104：Smoking was allowed in Hotel Restaurant and Lobby areas. Does EU non smoking in public places not apply to Romania ? The live and pre recorded music also in the Restaurant was played at such a loud volume that my Wife and I could not converse which was some may feel a positive ! Given how few people were in the Restaurant (it was mostly staff members) this appeared to be for their benefit (the staff) not the few members of the paying public. Finally harping back to the smoking aspect in the Restaurant, this spoilt what was a very good meal superbly presented but totally spoilt by the clouds of cigarette smoke which was as bad as the old Pea Soup London smogs of old.

Review 105：Chosen as we were traveling from UK to Bulgaria with our Dog. This Hotel being close to our route had the benefit of being situated in a large wooded area that is ideal for Dog Walking (however please note you cross quite a busy road to get from Hotel to Woods).l On arrival the receptionist spoke very little English but smiles and the assistance of a fellow Hotel employee soon had us checked in and settled in our room (Dog as well as Hotel is Dog friendly)l The room was of good size with excellent facilities down to Bathrobes and also had very good free Wi Fi connection. Our room was very very warm which considering the recent weather was good although to be honest it would have been more comfortable if the radiators had thermostatic control so occupants could moderate room settings as they wished. The Hotel forms part of a complex and my guess is that in Summer the place is very busy. The price charged for the room which included breakfast was very good value for money and well worth the cost. The Hotel receptionist who served us was very pleasant and whilst having very limited English did her best to be helpful including chasing after us to present us with the breakfast chitty that you need to present to ensure you get your included breakfast. All in all very very good value for money.
