Review 1：No bad experience. But the room furniture, tv, and bed need to be updated.

Review 2：The staff is generally good, some seemed tired and that is understandable. Food was good, and the buildings, pool, land is kept up well.

Review 3：The Internet was only available in two locations and sometimes not working and extremely slow. In order to reserve one of the special restaurants you had to go to the front desk at 7:30 am. In person and that is not what I want to do on a my holiday.

Review 4：Only had WiFi in the hotel lobby. The rooms were small and older. It needs some upgrades.

Review 5：The rooms were clean and the food was good in the buffets. We enjoyed the food and service in the Piccolo Restaurant the best. We enjoyed the adult pool that was quiet, and close to a restaurant and bar.

Review 6：So spread out that you had to walk so much, we were on vacation. we love our morning coffee and tea,but to have to walk to only a couple of areas to get your own and in a paper cup. All Rooms are the same.poor decor. No shampoo,no wash cloth, no clock,one picture in room. I give the room a 2 at best.sorry viewer's for the truth.we'll pay more and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. Also 4 restaurants where they wait on you,not the buffet. But you have to line up at 7:30 am to make reservations for one of those restaurants.inclusive means a lot to us..This isn't.

Review 7：The grounds were always very clean. Pretty flowers around the pool and grassy area kept up.

Review 10：The lounge chairs on the beach and around the pool are hard white PVC, so uncomfortable that the gift shop is making a killing selling blow up air mattresses that just about everyone buys. The colorful cushions are everywhere! Out of all the pools at this resort (my guess is 10 or more) not 1 is open later than 7pm, even the adult pool...most are closed at 6pm. Gorgeous evenings! Such a shame we couldn't enjoy a mid evening swim under the stars...even til 9pm? 10pm? That would seem reasonable. The A la Carte restaurant reservation system. Ridiculous! There are better ways. At Royal Decameron the numbers get handed out starting at 7am. There are 40 numbers. So before 7am you have to make your way to the center lobby to stand around with your number in your hand (if you get one) until they start calling them at 8am. We were number 39. Sat there from 7am until about 8:30 am...and the coffee was empty. We were allowed to book that evening's a la carte reservation (what was left) and the following day's as well. Then we were expected to do it again 2 days later. No Thanks! We left the resort most nights for dinner after that since neither the buffet dinners nor the A La Cartes impressed...The breakfasts were great and the staff was very friendly...but in the evenings there seemed to be a shift in quality & friendliness. Lastly, we were on the beach watching the gorgeous sunset, one of the highlights of each day, most guests had cleared out and there was an employee straightening all the lounge chairs. We were still camped out in ours and he asked us to move so he could arrange our chairs in a straight line with the others. It was about 6:45 pm.

Review 11：The beach is beautiful & that would bring us back. The resort is very clean. Lots of bars & restaurants, nice lush gardens and decent rooms. Very nice breakfasts. Friendly staff for the most part.

Review 20：Lining up for a la carte reservations at 6AM in order to get the best restaurant (Piccolo). They hand you a numbered ticket at 7:30 AM and you have to come back at 8AM to finally reserve the restaurant of your choice. You are able to reserve two nights, now, but why have to come back 1/2 hour later at 8AM to reserve? Makes no sense to me.

Review 21：Mostly everything. Pools were very clean. Staff, friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and comfortable and clean. Food in buffets was very tasty.

Review 22：getting up really early to be at the reception to TRY and reserve one of the fine dining restaurant's. My husband got really sick with Monty Zummer's Revenge, couldn't leave the room for three days.

We really liked Francisco and Emmanuel in the Flamingo and Rosalinda in room services, but all the staff were great. The breakfasts are especially noteworthy; the atole is delicious and the food trays are constantly being refilled.

Review 57：The nightly shows were not professional and not well rehearsed. Thestaff in the shows were nice and friendly but the quality of theentertainment was poor. Also Bucerias is a very windy location. Inthe afternoon, it is very uncomfortable to sit on the beach becauseof the wind.

Review 58：The food was well presented and good. The many pools and the groundswere very well maintained. The staff were mainly helpful and friendly(except at the Rodozio restaurant). Although the staff were veryfriendlly, I found the check-in procedures antiquated and way too long.

Review 59：Minimum amenities. No internet access in the rooms. Super slow anddisconnecting internet in the 2 places where wifi was accessible. Noshampoo or conditioner in the room, which in all my travels, i’ve neverexperienced in my life. Available for sale in the gift shop.

Review 61：This was my fourth stay at this resort, each time I visit I would say Iam less impressed each time. The food has gone down drastically sincemy first visit in 2006. The rooms need some update. 3 our of 4 stays Iwas put in complex 4 I believe it was and it is just to far away fromall the activities and beach. Specially if you need to run to the roomto get sun screen or anything you forgot, it is just a quick trip backto the room.
