Review 9：The courtyard is really a thoroughfare through to Sackville Street so limited privacy to the ground floor units. The upstairs studio has views into the adjoining restaurant kitchen & toilet with limited privacy from staff retrieving stock for the restaurant able to see straight into your room from their store room. The close proximity & poor soundproofing of the other unit on the upper floor is not conducive with a quiet, private experience particularly when the number of people staying exceeds the size of the adjacent unit. There was no DVD player as advertised in our room.

Don't be impressed by the narrow alley entrance or the rear parking, the place is a hidden gem. Tony Thanks for your attention, we hope to cone back one day with more time.

Review 17：Every thing! It was so cosy & comfortable. Marie, the cleaner was there to greet us & even had the heater going ready for our arrival. She was very accommodating & gave us the best welcome. Location was spot on - close to main shopping/dining precinct. Loved it!

Review 19：Maree was extremely helpful and most pleasant both on arrival and when we were leaving.The room was pre heated, very clean and had a comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well equipped and even had complimentary bottle of water, drinks, ground coffee and breakfast spreads in the fridge when we arrived which was a welcomed surprise and certainly not the norm. Would readily recommend Port Boutique as a great place to stay.

Review 23：It's locted in an excellent position in Port Fairy. Close to all shops, in the middle of town. It's tucked away though, so it's nice and quiet. It's very cosy, we really like it :).

Review 68：The location is great once you find how to access your accomodation. They were replacing all the footpaths in the main street so was a little bit of a mess. Good options for meals. Had a great Pizza and cocktails at the 2nd Pizza place across the road in main str, that is run by Surfies. Very trendy, but good food. Some nice clothing shops in main street. Everything is close by, and you can walk all over the place and check out all the heritage homes and the marina area.
Review 69：The brochure said, "Breakfast basics in Fridge". We found plenty of tea bags and coffee sachets, only three ten ml LongLife milks (enough for one cup of coffee), two tiny jams, two tiny butters, one pack of two biscuits, no bread, no buns, no cereal, no milk for cereal, no honey, no vegemite, no fruit juice, no bananas, no crackers. What ever Breakfast Basics might be, they were not supplied. Why harm a business by forgetting what the brochure advertises ?
Review 70：We had a very spacious room. There was cable internet as well as WiFi in our room (Room # 2) so we used the cable internet. Friendly staff and owner. Very quiet place. Nice ambience.
Review 71：Check in was so easy with the manager texting with details before our arrival. Tony upgraded our room and it was fantastic. So comfortable and beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our night and loved exploring the town.

Next to IGA shop for any provisions required, but no noise heard from shop at all. Have an evening stroll on the island and watch out for local wildlife.
