Review 1：The only complaint we could say was that a staff member called our room at 7:45 am just to ask if we enjoyed our stay and woke us up? A very big interruption & very unnecessary!!! The cleaning staff was also very loud and annoying and was heard talking & shouting for half of the early morning.

Review 5：The fear of bed bed is always present at any hotel, but seeing the bedbug truck outside my hotel unit was a little disheartening.

Review 6：The water park is great for the family, it is not too big, but perfect for the kids so they don't get bored. The rooms are well equipped, but the older rooms have VERY hard and uncomfortable beds. We will be back!

Review 7：Maintenance is a joke! Lots of things were broken, from our air conditioning in our room to the Suri bikes and paddle boats. You can hear the people in the next room like their in the room with you. The room could be cleaner but wasn't to bad. I could go on and on.

Neither phone in the condo worked (1114F) and with cell coverage spotty to non-existent, I was concerned about response to an emergency. I overheard a gentleman who'd checked in before me returning to the desk to request a different room for this reason. The water park area was closed well before the advertised time (we walked around at 8pm) and it was way too dark around the lake at night - lights are needed to preclude injury, snakes, and alligators

Review 18：Price, convenience, full kitchen. The young gentleman (Darryl?) who was the golf/surrey/paddle boat attendant was so nice! As it was between seasons, we had the place practically to ourselves and didn't have to wait for anything. The kitchen was efficient and well equipped.

Review 19：Holiday of 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 6). Excellent friendly staff, very helpful. Apartment very clean, spacious and well maintained. Lovely pool for the little ones (we didn't use the big/main pool purely because we didn't have time). With the amount of guests staying it was extremely quiet. I have never stayed in an apartment with such a well equipped kitchen !! A chef would be proud to own the knife set ! Even supplied a small bottle of washing up liquid, washing up cloth and some other basics to get you going on that first night. Would definitely stay again

Review 20：Damages in the rooms, repairs needed. Put us near construction. Next room fighting kept up all night. Next group next door had a dog which barked. Expected lazy river in picture. Also, pools were overcrowded and salty.

Review 34：We visited this location on last year and we were pleased so that's why we decided to return this year and bring more family members. The facility was not near as fun as last year the rennovations were not complete on all villas like they promised and the price has went up and tremendously for the same old rooms, our master looked like it had mold in the bathroom, Just very displeased with the site.

Review 35：Wifi isn't really free. You pay for it with with your daily resort fee wich is charged seperation from room rate. Stayed for 14 days and house keeping came once after 7 days and only change linen on bed not sofa bed which was pulled out with linen on it. Not enough garbage bags. Had to buy my own. Sofa bed: I don't expect a sofa bed to be comfy,but I do expect it to be comfortable to sit on when it's not pulled out. It's like the Flintstones couch. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but still selling food with no where to sit and eat it. Staff at lagoon allows people to go back to they're rooms and hold chairs all day with a towel even though that are not there for hours at a time. I had a two year old,a diaper bag,life vest, pool toys ect.. Not where to sit or safely put my stuff even though there were many empty chair Reserved with people's towels.

There were no linens for the fold out couch and we waited an hour and a half to get some. The jetted tub had mold on the caulk, and around the jets. There was construction going on by the pool and the smell of some chemical was strong. Very limited snack bar, and you had to wait for 45 minutes to get your food. A two star facility for sure.

The governor on the water heater prevented me from being able to take a hot bath (a crucial element of a relaxing vacation); I never got more than 2 inches of hot water before it went tip, then cold. The lagoon pool is dated and closes at 7pm rather than dusk til dawn. Tenants leave large bags of trash outside their doors and it makes the place smell, look trashy (literally) and attracts rodents. No, I will not return nor can I recommend this 'resort' to anyone.

The bedroom window was in disrepair and the place smelled like it had not been occupied in some time. Review 101：Lovely grounds, multiple pools, and friendly well-trained staff. Just off the main highway makes for a quiet, semi-secluded getaway - close to all Orlando attractions and Clermont Softball tournaments.

Review 104：When we checked in on 3-7-15 we needed to add 1 day to our reservation, Friday 3-13-15, staff at front desk did not want to call reservations for us even though they were not very buzy when we checked in, I had a hard time getting through to reservations by the time I did on Tues 3-10-15 they had no availablity left, I went to the front desk and found out the first clerk at check in could have called for us and saved us alot of extra grief trying to find another hotel for one more night. There only concern was to sell us a timeshare, which if I were to buy one it would not be there, They need to do alot of upgrades and painting to freshen it up a bit. The cellphone service would not work at all, I had to walk out into the parking lot to speak on my phone and that continued for the entire week. If you need wifi do not book here the wifi was terrible it did not work most of the time which was very annoying, because I had some work to catch up on, I had to go to places that offered wifi to do some of my necessary work. No housekeeping for the entire week not even offering replacement of bath towels. We had to wash our bath towels in order to have enough for the week. The price was not any cheaper than if we stayed somewhere that would of had housekeeping in and replaced towels. I probably would not stay here again.

Review 129：The dryer timer did not work, so we could only do laundry when we were present. But when I told the staff about the issue, they immediately told the maintenance team.

The water park was small, but the kids had a blast anyways and the other pools were quieter and deeper for when they really just wanted to swim.
