Review 6：Clean and tidy and comfortable. It's staff are friendly and helpful. And it's convenient and the cleanliness is really important to us so we were very pleased with it. Pleasant all round. and it's excellent value for money. Everything is near by and it's easy to find. Bar downstairs - easy access and seems like a decent place. Music doesn't reach the rooms and overall it's very quiet in our room. we've extended our stay.

Review 8：The staff are the most amazing people. It's like walking into a family home. The ambience and building is historic and full of culture. It's cleaned to perfection and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. if you want a real experience of tunisia and it's culture and old towns and streets this is perfect place. It really was the most amazing little gem and we will definitely go there again. I can't recommend it enough. The staff were the kindest most friendly people and so helpful with everything. They even picked us up from the street every time we were lost!
Review 9：everything, from NON welcome of the staff, passing by the lift to go to the room. then bathroom with leaking water, bed not confi at all with dusty sheets. the door got stuck and couldnt get in or get in. There is a Night club next door and the sound of the Base was on my ears all night and couldnt sleep at all. Leaving the hotel, no even a hand to get me a taxi. in general: 0 service, 0 confort and this should be a 0 star hotel.

Review 44：just one lift works and has a mandatory stopover at the restaurant which is really annoying. Room size was tiny, bathroom was compact and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The view from the window was ugly overlooking some old buildings and the other side of the hotel. Eggs in the breakfast were cold. On top of that, it was overpriced for that sort of facilities.
