Review 1：Entrance not immediately obvious. A bit shabby in places but it's a huge old concrete building so must be a maintenance nightmare.

Review 3：I got bitten by bed bugs and that said it all about the terrible experience. Lack of common sense was reflected when the hotel placed 60 noisy school kids on the upper level. You can imagine the noises... Breakfast was limited and not appealing in any way. The reception guy was reluctant to give any info regarding activities in Kazanlak, it's a shame the locals are not willing to do anything to promote their city....

Review 5：All empty rooms but 2-3 only occupied placed next to each other. Poor sound isolation, you can hear the whole night snoring, toilet flashing, conversations and air-conditioning of your neighbors

Review 6：Good location - right in the city center. Excellent breakfast choice "a la carte", good coffee, orders almost executed to the preferences asked.

Review 7：It is a very noisy square, so it is very difficult to sleep, rooms decoration is very basic, however beds are comfortable. Very communist and grey looking building in a need of upgrading the facade.

Review 10：A very good hotel right on the square of the town which was lined with cafes. The day reception staff spoke English and were extremely helpful and cheerful. The rooms had a balcony overlooking anattractive tiled town square, fresh lined, good shower and general room facilities. Breakfast was included and you chose from a good selective menu. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the hill top ex Soviet monument and Shipton monastary at a good price. The driver spoke some English as well.

Review 11：I had a very bad, sleepness night because of the adjoining disco/club that made a terrible noise. Even earplugs did not help. It only stopped at 4:30 AM. Because of my complaints I got 10% discount, which was a nice gesture, but I would nevertheless not book here again.

Review 20：The restaurant was closed the first night because they had catered for a wedding that afternoon. The first morning the breakfast was a buffet. The second morning we were served a plate of food with no choice. There were few viable options for eating in the area of the hotel.

Review 21：The young man at reception (Deon) was fantastic; his English language skills were great and he was a wealth of information about where we could find attractions we were looking for and how to get there by bus. The room was comfortable and the internet worked very well. Hotel was very close to the bus/train station and had an elevator.
