Review 1：We had a room with an accessible bathroom fot those with mobility challenges. It was a wet room that got very wet indeed in a limited space and had no surfaces for two people to put out toiletries etc. We were disappointed that such a high standard of hotel had such poor tv and movie options. Limited Sky tv was available.
Review 2：The desk staff were excellent and went well out their way to help. Our twin was two queens which was nice and the hotel is in the heart of the city so easy to walk around. We also liked the gym.
Review 3：Unorganized breakfast. Buffet is calculated for not more than 8-10 guests at the same time.

Review 5：Didn't like having to ask every time I had dinner for cutlery, never set the table for me always had to ask for salt pepper and more drinks. Staff in restaurant very disinterested. Also they take $100 plus nights accommodation against your card which takes seven days to come of your card, actually annoys me that I have paid and they still have hold on card for seven days
