Review 2：We liked the helpfulness of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the heating in both bedroom and bathroom, the large bed and the nice view of the town. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and things topped up as soon as the trays were emptied. The hotel is five minutes walk from the pedestrian area of the town and the castle. We also liked the garage.

Review 12：A well run, clean and spacious hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a terraced room for 12 nights. The views from the terrace were amazing. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and lots of choices for guests. The staff replenished the buffet regularly so no matter what time you arrived for breakfast there was plenty to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 13：Only real meal available is breakfast, no lunch or dinner, 'snacks' are available during the day. Room at front of building can be a little noisy on a Sat night.. but still bearable! Bedrooms are fine but could do with being brought up to date.

Review 60：Stayed here about 3 years ago and was immensely impressed. My friends and I stayed her on my recommendation and I was concerned thy standards may have dropped but none of it The hotel is still excellent. Very up market, tastefully decorated, well kept, clean, fabulous staff and secure underground car park. The rooms are of a very high standard with TV, air con, high quality en suite and comfy beds with a selection of pillows to suit everyone. Breakfast was the best we'd had in Portugal with a wide range of cold meats, breads and cheese, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and hot fried and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages, several fruit juices, teas and coffee. I was not let down and my friends wished we'd stayed another night.

Review 100：We spent 2 nights at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. From the start, the staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was a good time. The room was spacious, bed large and comfortable and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast had a good choice, ranging from fruit, yoghurt, breads, meats cheeses, bacon and eggs - all of a good quality and freshness. The pool on the roof is small but a good place to while away a few hours. Good restaurant close by and also recommended one by the hotel (10 minute walk)which was also excellent and reasonably priced.

Review 121：When i booked the Romantic package, you were lead to believe that you would be upgraded to a balcony room (subject to availability) - this was not the case, there are only 3 rooms with a balcony available - i thought this was a bit misleading. Also, as part of the package, you were allowed a late check out (subject to availability), we received a telephone call at 12.30pm to advise us that check out was 12 noon. Not a problem as we were leaving at 1pm anyway. My advice, dont expect a room with a balcony and check the terms and conditions in advance and you shouldnt have any problems.

Review 122：We arrived late afternoon and found check in to be quick and easy. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was bright and spacious. The en suite was perfectly serviceable. The bed was huge and comfortable with extra duvets readily available, (not that they were needed) As I had chosen the Romantic package, brekfast was delivered to our room each morning, fresh rolls, croissants, jams, honey, pastry. Freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurt and a pot of tea or coffee. You could go down to the brekfast area for a cooked option if that is your thing. The pool area was located on the 3rd floor. It was clean and tidy, on the days we used it, we were the only guests there. The pool was small but perfectly adequate for cooling off in. A lovely hotel, quiet (no screaming kids), staff who were more than happy to help and all within a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Loule.

Review 123：The breakfast provided was extensive and catered for all tastes . Staff , particularly on reception were friendly and very helpful indeed. The rooms had plenty of storage space and decent coathangers ! I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others .

Read up beforehand all the holiday reviews and took a chance on loule Jardim Hotel and we were certainly not disappointed. We had a beautiful double room on the first floor with fitted bathroom separate. The cooked breakfast and section of fresh fruit set us up well for the day. The staff were so helpful on every regard, particularly Luis the front office reception manager. Would definitely go again!!
