Review 1：Most of the rooms are located next to reception desk. I was in room No. 3. Even if I asked for room change, I was convinced that after 22:00 will be quite. Unfortunately it was not. It MUST be job of the personnel not to let people gathering and talking in corridors and disturb guests. The group of guests was talking by mid-night. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody who prefer quiet location.

Review 5：We stayed two nights. On both days they announced that the restaurant would not open that night and we would have to make our own arrangements for an evening meal. There are no restaurants close by and we had to go downtown. The breakfast was OK - nothing special - instant coffee.

Review 6：My room was this same amount what my boss, but his room was bigger , brighter, nicer, had a bigger tv. Need it a light on all the time really dark room. To get ready in the morning was a challenge.

Review 19：Wi-Fi didn't work the first night ... failed to obtain IP address. A birthday party was booked on one night and the hotel did not inform us of this before we arrived. It went on until 3am! The beds are really uncomfortable with very thin 'topper' mattresses. Despite this, we are likely to book this hotel again because it's convenient, but it won't be our first choice.

Review 20：Value for money, breakfast was good with some hot choices. Good location, easy walking distance from town. Staff were extremely polite, and can communicate in English ... enough to get by. Not really a problem for me as my fiance is Polish and Kalisz is her home town :)

Review 21：The room equipment it was really the cheapest stuff sourced in castorama or obi like micro tv set, cheapest faucets, lamps etc.

Review 22：Restaurant was OK, the dish which I ordered for a dinner had nice prsentation and good taste. No problem with parking, wifi worked also niecely. Dedicated and nice staff in both reception as well as restaurant.

Review 23：I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel looking for some peace and quiet while being on a business trip. It was close to perfect in this respect. The place is neat and cosy and the staff is very helpful. It is not very close to the center so you may need a taxi to visit the old city. Breakfast is excellent.
